It was a pleasure being supported by Matt on, at times, a daily basis and his calm, pragmatic approach made a huge difference in some stressful times. They also went above and beyond on a particular matter which impressed us hugely and demonstrated that it's not just about the bottom line. We will be returning to Fine & Country when we're next selling again (hopefully not for 10+ years though!).

From start to finish, Emma has been outstanding. She handled everything with professionalism, clarity and genuine care. She was consistently responsive, keeping us informed, and taking the time to explain next steps and provide reassurance. Emma was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also thoughtful and supportive. It genuinely felt like she was invested in helping us secure the right home. Thanks to her guidance and efficient management, we are now moving into what truly feels like a dream home, and I’m very grateful for her role in making that happen. From our first meeting, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for us. They provided a realistic and well-informed valuation, backed up by strong local market knowledge, and gave us excellent advice throughout. What really stood out was their property knowledge and communication being kept informed at every stage, with regular updates and prompt responses. The whole process has been well-managed, thanks to their dedication and expertise, we were able to secure a great sale in good time. 10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.
25th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I spoke to Sophie, Max and Fred - I honestly cannot think of a way they could have been more helpful or more lovely. Sophie’s viewing style was perfect for me, she’s friendly and calm so naturally puts you at ease. She allowed me to take the lead (walk into rooms first, and chose the order to go round the home) - this respectful approach allowed me to fully engage with the space, and further put me at ease as I viewed. Viewing rooms in the order I wanted allowed me to put my priorities for a home first - providing an opportunity to really imagine myself in the home. Throughout this process the team have been knowledgable about the house, clear, and transparent - taking time to explain the process, and answer any (and all!) of my questions. As a result I felt supported, and really enjoyed interactions with the team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

She's been amazing to deal with - super professional, excellent communication and organised with the contract and admin side of things. She has found amazing tenants. Very happy with Leaders service. Superb service by Molly at Leaders in 2022. Her communication was excellent, kept me up-to-date with all steps, provided expert advice and she found me great new tenants in only a few days! would highly recommend. Excellent service from George at Leaders (2017), found us lovely new tenants in less than a week and was very professional throughout.
