8th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Emily and her team were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It really does make all the difference to deal with consummate professionals! For the discerning buyer/seller - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Batcheller Monkhouse. ??????

I havnt come across an agent as determined as Joe before and iv been in the industry 10+ years. If he says hes going to do something, he does it. Great couple of guys who id use to sell my house at every single opportunity. Thanks guys!
26th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)In a difficult market Richard and team did a brilliant job. Great communication from start to finish. We loved the cards that house viewers filled in to give instant feedback when they looked around. Mark Revill were ambitious but realistic. I will use them again.

10th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
7th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)we were looking for a surveyor for the home we wanted to buy and contacted alot came across charles wycherley estatre agents who also do surveyers reports.well what can i say excellent service and a lovely man who was very knowledgable of the area.a kind man who took the time to go through our report if you need a surveyor or buy or sell your home charles is the person to go through .when i sell my home at some point i will go to charles 5 stars
27th May 2026 (25 days ago)Very poor communication. No contact unless prompted by myself and only 2 viewings generated, one of which didn’t go ahead due to an issue with the keys, however I wasn’t informed until I called for feedback 5 days later.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

The customer care is always first class, very helpful and the communication from them is exactly what you need in an estate agent. This process can be very stressful but they make it so easy.
8th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We have managed to get my purchase (no chain) done in a matter of around 6 weeks and Jacobs Steel's Richard Weatherall was instrumental in this. He kept up communications between the seller and the solicitors and ensured me and the seller got everything we needed to do done in a timely way. I'm grateful for a largely stress-free transaction (which I frankly haven't been able to say for the other agencies I have used recently). Damien and his team also managed the viewings process and price negotiation effectively.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

Ruby then kissed with buyers, buyers solicitors, my solicitors and others to get the sale completed. All of them were friendly calm and professional and it was a total joy to deal with them. Highly recommend them.

To be completely honest, at the beginning of my experience, I was a little disappointed by some interactions with other members of staff, who were not always as friendly or helpful as I had hoped. However, everything changed when I had the good fortune of dealing with Rebecca. Rebecca has always been there to help me, no matter the situation. She consistently went above and beyond to provide support, guidance, and reassurance whenever I needed it. Even when I may have been a little persistent or asked the same questions more than once, she was always patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. One thing that always stood out to me was the warmth in her voice whenever she answered the phone. No matter how stressed or worried I felt, speaking with Rebecca immediately gave me confidence that everything would be okay. That level of care and genuine compassion is rare and deserves recognition. I truly do not have enough words to thank Rebecca for everything she has done for me. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness have made a huge difference, and I am extremely grateful for all the support she has given me over the years. 4th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)When you've met a lot of estate agents you soon realise that they're all cut from the same cloth, but Dan, Georgia and Abi at Number 24 are a different breed. Not only did they sell our house with the first viewer through the door, but they were with us every step of the way, providing proactive communication, reassurance that only comes with their experience and relieving all of the stress that invariably comes with a house sale. They were a truly trusted partner and we would highly recommend them if you're looking for an estate agent that is honest, knowledgeable and quite brilliant in what they do. They're also lovely people – and that goes a very long way, especially when you've been in your house for nearly 20 years and you need simplicity and expert guidance. Many thanks Number 24!

19th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Such a fantastic experience with Byron Watt at Fox & Son’s Haywards Heath. He was the first viewing we had as first time buyers! He was welcoming, warm in personality and couldn’t be more helpful on our search! I feel he went above & beyond to meet our criteria, so couldn’t recommend him enough! Another fantastic & super helpful member of staff at this branch would be Gareth Pontin! We had a free consultation with Gareth, who explained every single detail in the buying process which was so helpful being new to this. He is so responsive on emails, providing advice and support at the drop of a hat for houses with any estate agent. I would highly recommend him as a broker, we feel he has our best interests at heart! A really positive experience with this branch!
