19th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We recently purchased our new property which was being sold by Dean and Co. We mostly liaised with Adam who we found very dedicated to completing the sale. Throughout our interactions Adam was always honest, responsive, direct and committed to keeping the purchase moving. We hit a few delays which was very stressful for both us and the vendors. Adam was effective at communicating with all parties and at times the solicitor’s. During one particular stressful period,Adam would be communicating daily with us to keep up to date which sometimes added to the pressure and stress we were experiencing, but we understand this is part of his job role and we valued his dedication in preventing the purchase falling apart. At times, we also communicated with Les who we found professional and patient. We appreciated the congratulations card when we picked up the keys to our new home which we are very happy with.

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect — especially as I’d always heard that buying a property can be extremely stressful. However, Pippa made the entire experience feel calm, clear, and well managed from start to finish. She was professional, supportive, and incredibly responsive throughout. She kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or offer reassurance when needed, which made a huge difference. I also briefly met Skye on completion day, who was lovely and very helpful — a really nice touch at the end of the process. What really stood out to me was the warmth and genuine care throughout — it never felt like just a transaction. Everything was handled smoothly, and communication between all parties was excellent. We found them to be professional, approachable, friendly and enthusiastic when helping us with our sale. Communication was excellent and Samim, in particular, kept in contact with us every step of the way and was always positive even when things didn’t go as straightforward as we had hoped. Thank you all so much for all your help. We would definitely use you again. PS Their Worthing branch was also excellent when they managed our rental property before it was sold.

21st Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had a good experience selling my flat with Robert Luff. The team were really helpful and realistic in their approach to advising me on market pricing and timing. They listened to my preferences regarding listing material. They got the property onto the market swiftly, and they were proactive throughout the sale, helping to keep communication open with the buyer. Charlie in particular also helped to problem solve issues that came up during the process- helping to source firms for fire risk assessments etc. I felt that the team definitely earned their fees, they kept up the momentum, and got the sale through smoothly and swiftly.

Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make it easy for us. The company is quick and efficient in all aspects of business and we were most impressed by its customer care and attention throughout.
6th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)Daisy, Kelly, Jackie, Kirsten and Bob were all brilliant during the property purchase process and kept nudging it along when things slowed down, remained patient but never lost sight and stayed encouraging when I was losing the will. After the purchase Daisy and Kelly have continued to support with my questions and concerns around those things that you find out only when you get the keys. I've felt supported through the process and after completion. I'm so grateful for the support of such a great team. Highly recommended.
