Pragmatic, well balanced, didn’t over promise and delivered well on what they said, keeping us well informed all the way through. Both were also very good sounding boards. Very different to our experience with another well known local agent prior to this. Would highly recommend.

7th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I am so impressed with the service from Epps Estates. It has been a while since I have been blown away by an estate agents dedication and professionalism. We could only view on Sundays which they were happy to accommodate two weekends running and they genuinely care about our property search. I have been trying to view with number of other estate agents whilst trying to find my next home and have to say the experience with most of them has been frustrating to say the least. Epps Estates have been amazing and Jimi from the sales team is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone searching for a new property.
