Our transaction was part of a particularly complex chain, and we had more than a few unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout the process, Peter went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is reliable, responsive, and truly committed to seeing a sale through, even in challenging situations, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency, and Peter Gold, in particular, who is a real asset and someone you want on your side when dealing with a complex property transaction.

From bringing around qualified potential buyers for viewing (as opposed to a constant string of non-viablw options) to ensuring the parties are all appraised of ongoings and the transaction ticking along. Unfortunately for a variety of reasons the sale took longer than the parties hoped, but Steve made sure that things progressed wherever possible and with all necessary information, always responsive and happy to assist. I am so grateful for having been recommended Steve and understand the total faith in him. Would have zero hesitation recommending him in future. Thank you, Steve!

We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. Consistent, professional, and highly effective.

14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)They sold a property (our next door) they left the signage right next to our car - it was clearly not installed properly - it fell over and damaged the paint on our car. We did speak to them and they passed us to the signage company - both companies are not happy to cover the cost of damages or provide insurance details for us to recoup our loss. They do not respond to our emails. Not very ethical company.

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. From day 1 Adam was great with organising getting it onto the market to viewings, and since it has sold, Jack has been amazing. They have always come back to us, and helped make the move for us as easy as possible even when there have been pressures from all parties. I can’t fault there knowledge and expertise - and would highly recommend that if your putting your house on the market to use them. Thanks again both.
