28th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Initially John Brown was the most professional of the agents I viewed and made the most sense eschewing estateagentese. They quickly found a buyer but she was very difficult and the sale dragged on over a year. However that was not of their making and they worked very hard for us. The first sale collapsed due to our purchaser's delaying. We stuck to our vendors and reconstituted the chain. Thanks to Mr Youll we got over the line

1st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I dealt with several different members of staff over the time it took to finalise the sale of my late stepmother's property. All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

16th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I second everything what's been said about Jo and Hallway! Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! Highly recommended

11th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Trilogy in partnership with Burns & Webber sold me a property off plan in Godalming. They really sold me the dream. The show flat was impeccable and they talked of a really special, high quality build. Fast forward close to 8 months (on a build that I was told was 2-3 months from complete), and after more lies and missed deadlines than I can count, I finally got the keys this week. The flat is basically uninhabitable, the list of incomplete work and snags is extensive and there are genuine health and safety issues too. The finish in general is frankly poor, and not anywhere near the quality that I was promised. I have basically been homeless for the last 2 months because of the missed deadlines, and it looks like that will continue a while longer while I argue with the Developers to try to get the flat close to something that is acceptable. Just avoid Trilogy altogether is my advice. Start to finish, the experience has been dreadful.

Wendy and Chris have been absolutely fantastic in helping me secure the right commercial premises for my new business.<br>From the moment I identified the property, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. They arranged multiple viewings, were incredibly flexible, and were always on hand to answer questions and keep me informed. A special mention must go to Wendy, who was consistently accessible, supportive and willing to go the extra mile.<br>What really impressed me was the personal level of service. They even negotiated access to the property before the lease was completed, allowing me to make sure it was suitable for the therapeutic work we provide with families and children. They also negotiated a phased approach to the costs, which was extremely helpful as a new business, and arranged for me to meet directly with the landlord so I could explain the work we are doing in the community.<br>Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening, understood the legal and practical requirements, and felt completely supported.<br>Rayners Commercial genuinely go the extra mile. They are professional, efficient, approachable and, above all, they really care about getting the right outcome for their clients.<br>Thank you to Wendy, Chris and the whole Rayners team for all your support.
