WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

We're beyond excited with this huge step into our life however without a professional advice ,expertise and extensive experience this could become quite overwhelming as well as losing precious time and also money. Sherie has always been our superstar drive ,engaging herself with the whole process ,going above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs.Answering all questions, being contactable outside office hours.We highly appreciate her devotion to her job as she's been working and contactable on weekends or late afternoon/evenings to reply to my random questions. She recommended to us third parties needed to get involved in the whole process like solicitors, home buying survey agents,mortgage advisors etc and she's been chasing them on our behalf. The guys at Oaks were very attentive and helpful throughout. The Streatham branch has a really good coverage of properties and I was lucky enough to find one that suited all my needs.

I would very much recommend this company as they live up to the expectations we expect from estate agents nowadays.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
