Highly communicative and quick to respond when we had questions along the way. We’ve worked with other estate agents in the past with our rentals but we could really tell the difference with a family owned company. We had direct contact with the same people the entire time and they were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making the home purchase process as easy as possible. We’re highly grateful for such a smooth experience!

And Cam’ron Griffiths did a wonderful job from the process of the viewing through the offer approval and referencing, always very helpful and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience with this agency.<br>I’m also very happy with the work of Aggie Duffin. From the start of the tenancy, she ensured everything was working properly and ready inside the house. She was professional, friendly and tireless to resolve the initial issues and ensure I would feel happy, comfortable and adapted to the property.

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. 27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

Omar and premier property lawyers solicitors worked well together and completed the exchange of contracts in little over than 2 months. This was was non chain free property so normally it would take even longer than usual. Thank you Omar and thank you Goodfellows, you have been so amazing.

Fleur's expertise set an accurate price and arranged for a beautiful brochure to be ready within 24 hours. Paula & Ceejay engaged clients that had serious interest in buying the property; they were punctual and highly professional managing all viewings. With perseverance, the right buyer came along and Ceejay was successful in negotiating the sale for the asking price, critical with the help-to-buy. Thereafter, Hunters ensured the agreed sale held tight to achieve a smooth completion. I cannot thank Fleur enough for her care overseeing the entire process. Special thanks to Ceejay! Lorraine was my main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant throughout both processes. Charlotte manages the letting side; she is highly knowledgeable, incredibly pleasant, and always goes the extra mile to help with any additional requests. Neal, Daniel, and Adam are also exceptionally welcoming and helpful every time I call or walk into the office. They operate as a seamless, cohesive team, and I highly recommend Daniel Adams for both sales and lettings.

Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
