Just wanted to say thanks to Kelly and her team for their support, over what has been a difficult few months. I am a landlord and they have really been there for me with great advice and looking out for my best interests.
Disgusting service! So disappointed. Don't waste your time. No communication. What a terrible branch. Who gives such people jobs? I'm disgusted at their customer service. Please save your time and money and deal with another agent.
Professionalism throughout the property buying process; accommodating, prompt and helpful to all enquiries. Thank you for making the whole process as smooth as possible for us.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with what I can only call glorified key holders and even that's a lie as when giving the agent 1 weeks’ notice to view a property for the second time I received a call on the morning of the visit to be told they didn’t have any keys.
I could write more but the simple statement I've already made tells you enough about this agent.
Worked with Streets Ahead with Myles Blair and I highly recommend him, great character, great attitude, always available and kept pursuing different options to help us find the right place. If you are looking for a new place, talk to Myles.

Do NOT use these agents!! They lack integrity, professionalism, communication and managerial skills, the list goes on. I lodged a complaint with these amateurs and it hasn't been resolved to my liking, and believe me, I had grounds for complaining.
They don't return calls, their emails are flooded with grammatical errors, they can't pass a message on to their employees. You really have to chase them up. Their mission statement reads, "“To be the most professional, caring and expert estate agent our clients, our community and the public come into contact with, whilst still ensuring that our commitment to staff training and innovation remains second to none enabling every client to have a smooth and stress free move.” What a load of flannel! Some clients may have had a better experience with Streets Ahead, but mine has been a complete nightmare.
The Lettings managers, George Potter and Daniel Woods both refuse to respond to my calls. Highly unprofessional and cowardly. A severe lack of attention to detail is plenty evident in their correspondence. Just an utter shambles if I'm very honest.
For those who have had a positive experience, count yourselves lucky because as far as I'm concerned these guys are complete cowboys. Unethical, unfair and unprofessional
Since we last bought property 11 years ago the process seem to have become more complicated and fraught. Alison was the member of this hard working team who turned out to be something of a guardian angel- reassuring, chasing up enquiries and, most impressive of all, frequently working on our case during her days off from home. Towards the end of the process things got sticky and there was a risk of our seller pulling out. The calm reassurance we received from this team was a godsend during this period. We have now moved away from the area and we will not need their services again. But for anyone looking to buy or sell in their catchment area go and speak with this team- Nicky, Chloe and Alison will guide you through and you won’t regret signing up with them.
Alison and Nicki who run this branch have been as determined and as professional as anyone can ask.... I've recently sold my fathers property with his power of attorney and they could not have done more to help us and him who were now some distance away.... many many thanks and sincerest best wishes for the future :) :)
I would highly recommend Kerry and her team at the Sanderstead branch, they offered great service from start to finish. I found everyone at the branch to be helpful and reliable, completely professional. The advice they gave on market value was spot-on, I don't think we could have done better. I would definitely use them again (although I'm not planning to move anytime soon!)
I am not usually a reviewer but we want to thank the whole Croydon / Purley / Sanderstead team and James and Michael for selling our house (after a difficult first attempt), and saving our onward purchase of our dream home. Yes, both were consummate professionals, obviously well-trained through Bairstow Eve’s training programme, used their network of offices to maximise our exposure, showed they were well-informed about the market (both local, and national trends), arrived early for viewings, looked smart, and gave prompt and helpful feedback. But I have realized that being a really good estate agent is about so much more than finding a buyer. To actually achieve the sale, Bairstow Eves actively managed and communicated up and down the chain with agents and solicitors to keep all parties on the same page; guided nervous first time buyers; and were available whenever we needed them for counselling, advice, reassurance, problem-solving, diplomacy, negotiation, and calmness – and that is just what I can think of at the moment. Most people don’t buy and sell many houses in a lifetime – Bairstow Eves got us (and our buyers!) there! I have already recommended them!
