We recently bought the house with Pollard Machin. Ann, Chris and Ryan were the most helpful and accommodated many visits before exchange to allow us to plan our budget for necessary improvements. We were selling and buying at the same time and their professional approach made the transaction as smooth as possible. Definitely recommended. Thank you
I had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with what I can only call glorified key holders and even that's a lie as when giving the agent 1 weeks’ notice to view a property for the second time I received a call on the morning of the visit to be told they didn’t have any keys.
I could write more but the simple statement I've already made tells you enough about this agent.
Catherine Wood at the Croydon Central Branch was exceptional and attentive in assisting with my relocation, making the whole process very easy and organised for my purchase. Listening to my requirements and achieving my purchase in no time at all. I highly recommend Streets Ahead and Catherine is a class above all, with precise knowledge and experience. Thank you so much.
Do NOT use these agents!! They lack integrity, professionalism, communication and managerial skills, the list goes on. I lodged a complaint with these amateurs and it hasn't been resolved to my liking, and believe me, I had grounds for complaining.
They don't return calls, their emails are flooded with grammatical errors, they can't pass a message on to their employees. You really have to chase them up. Their mission statement reads, "“To be the most professional, caring and expert estate agent our clients, our community and the public come into contact with, whilst still ensuring that our commitment to staff training and innovation remains second to none enabling every client to have a smooth and stress free move.” What a load of flannel! Some clients may have had a better experience with Streets Ahead, but mine has been a complete nightmare.
The Lettings managers, George Potter and Daniel Woods both refuse to respond to my calls. Highly unprofessional and cowardly. A severe lack of attention to detail is plenty evident in their correspondence. Just an utter shambles if I'm very honest.
For those who have had a positive experience, count yourselves lucky because as far as I'm concerned these guys are complete cowboys. Unethical, unfair and unprofessional
Laura and the team at Bairstow Eves were great throughout. When we met Laura she was very passionate about our property and we really felt like she was someone that we would want selling our flat. This goes for her team as well. The team kept us up to date throughout and we really felt that they were working with us to guide us through selling the property. When we choose to sell in future we would definitely look to them first.
Be careful. As a tenant, they might do anything for you to sign. Don't trust their word. They'll always find a little asterisk in their contract to fool you
House buying and selling is very stressful as you know, and so having a well versed agent with an approachable nature is very important. And so I would like to acknowledge Chloe, from Bairstow Eves Selsdon, for seeing me through this process.
The service I received was exceptional and so I rate Bairstow Eves Selsdon with 5 stars.
If you want to be seen as an Individual, rather than a mass number, then I would recommend this agency for your journey to your new home.
I would highly recommend Sam from Paul Meakin. She was so helpful and friendly. She asked us what our "bucket list" would be in a house and she found us a property that we love! She made a stressful experience much easier and enjoyable. Thank you so much Sam :)
After many viewings I have to comment on how knowledgeable, professional and helpful Emma was. These 5 stars well deserved and highly recommended - Thanks very much!
