Highly communicative and quick to respond when we had questions along the way. We’ve worked with other estate agents in the past with our rentals but we could really tell the difference with a family owned company. We had direct contact with the same people the entire time and they were warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making the home purchase process as easy as possible. We’re highly grateful for such a smooth experience!

From valuing our property, marketing, to sales progression everyone worked extremely hard to achieve the sale. Communication was faultless throughout in what can be a frustrating process.<br>I would use Paul Graham again and highly recommend.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)It has been fantastic working with KFH, and a particular shout-out to Daniel Todd.<br><br>From the very first viewing, Daniel was excellent. He arrived early, clearly knew the property inside out, and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. When he wasn’t sure about something, he was refreshingly honest and always followed up as promised.<br><br>Throughout what can only be described as the chaotic process of buying a house — dealing with conveyancing lawyers, freeholders and everything in between — Daniel was a calm and sensible source of advice. He was always approachable, responsive and willing to help, which made a stressful process considerably easier.<br><br>God willing, we won’t have to move again for another decade! It was a long and complicated process with many unexpected issues, additional documents and delays along the way.<br><br>Edward was always professional, responsive and helpful, doing his best to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Communication was always quick and clear. We really appreciate all his support and would happily recommend him.
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

They were always up front and transparent about everyyhing, as well as knowledgeable, reassuring and empathetic. We truly felt like they had our back the whole way, providing a personal touch that we felt was missing at other agencies. The service they gave us is a perfect example of why using small, local businesses is not only the right thing to do ethically, it is the best thing to do for your own peace of mind throughout what is a stressful process. Thank you so much for your expertise, patience and good humour.

She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Communication was always clear and prompt, with no chasing required. There were very few problems with the property, and the handful that did come up were fixed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

His level of commitment, focus on client care, and overall expertise in this sector is nothing short of outstanding – I genuinely could not recommend him, or his team highly enough. Most recently, I engaged GHE to sell a rental property – the sales team led by Rania Karyada & Gabriela Stahei worked tirelessly to ensure a rapid & smooth sales process. Fleur's expertise set an accurate price and arranged for a beautiful brochure to be ready within 24 hours. Paula & Ceejay engaged clients that had serious interest in buying the property; they were punctual and highly professional managing all viewings. With perseverance, the right buyer came along and Ceejay was successful in negotiating the sale for the asking price, critical with the help-to-buy.
