I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

Lily has been wonderfully helpful, especially during our second viewing and after, answering all our questions and coming up with many suggestions. She was lovely and enthusiastic and made our viewing feel very pleasant. Thank you Lily, we are so glad to have bought one of your first houses and we will love making it into our home!
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I posted a review 8 years ago. Since purchasing the flat (see below) I’ve used Connells lettings service. Whilst the lettings staff are perfectly nice and do their best, the maintenance side is a complete disaster and i wouldn’t recommend them as a result. Which is most unfortunate. Hence the 1 star review (revised down from 5 for the purchase).<br><br>I've just completed on a second property near where we live in Redhill. Connells had a great selection of good quality flats in my chosen area and in fact 2 in the building I was interested in. The whole process as a buyer has been smooth and Connells worked with everyone to keep things moving smoothly. Mark and his great team are a joy to deal with and I will be using then for my next purchase.
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, helpful and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Laura was always approachable, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Robert was also incredibly helpful and professional, and it was clear that they both genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications, but having Laura and Robert supporting us made a huge difference. They were always willing to help, answer our questions and go the extra mile whenever needed.<br><br>I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. I would highly recommend Laura and Robert to anyone looking to sell their property. Excellent communication, professionalism and customer service from start to finish. Lorraine was my main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant throughout both processes. Charlotte manages the letting side; she is highly knowledgeable, incredibly pleasant, and always goes the extra mile to help with any additional requests. Neal, Daniel, and Adam are also exceptionally welcoming and helpful every time I call or walk into the office. They operate as a seamless, cohesive team, and I highly recommend Daniel Adams for both sales and lettings.

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)The staff at Loft were everything and more during my purchase.<br>Viewing properties with Krissy, she knew about the properties, could answer questions and genuinely felt like she cared.<br>Ollie was my sales progressor and he went above and beyond with a case that got tricky at times! Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
