It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We simply couldn’t have done it without their support, integrity but above all else their care not just for the property but for us as people.

Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. (Thank you RJ for also being such fun).

18th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

29th May 2026 (29 days ago)I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client. I wish our estate agent had given us the same care and attention that Monochrome gave us! She’s a credit to her profession.
