He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Fran, Natasha, Lauren and Carole have been nothing but professional, very good, clear communication and have expertly advertised my flat which is a tough sell. In fact, I bought the flat from them many years ago also. Additionally, they have also dealt with the rental management for nearly 10 years. There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future

It was a complex sale due to co-ownership, which brought its own challenges in managing the logistics along the way. Throughout the process, I really valued their openness, transparency and communication.<br><br>They offer a tailored, personal service and clearly know the people and properties on their books. Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon<br><br>I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.<br><br>This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.<br><br>Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving.
