I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.- 12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Hamptons enough. As first time buyers we felt supported throughout the entire process. Laura and Becky were always so helpful, friendly and replied promptly to all our enquiries. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I’m very satisfied with Stirling Ackroyd and the way they found my new home. The staff is very friendly and professional and did a correct follow up of the process. And Cam’ron Griffiths did a wonderful job from the process of the viewing through the offer approval and referencing, always very helpful and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience with this agency.<br>I’m also very happy with the work of Aggie Duffin. From the start of the tenancy, she ensured everything was working properly and ready inside the house. She was professional, friendly and tireless to resolve the initial issues and ensure I would feel happy, comfortable and adapted to the property.

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I posted a review 8 years ago. Since purchasing the flat (see below) I’ve used Connells lettings service. Whilst the lettings staff are perfectly nice and do their best, the maintenance side is a complete disaster and i wouldn’t recommend them as a result. Which is most unfortunate. Hence the 1 star review (revised down from 5 for the purchase).<br><br>I've just completed on a second property near where we live in Redhill. Connells had a great selection of good quality flats in my chosen area and in fact 2 in the building I was interested in. The whole process as a buyer has been smooth and Connells worked with everyone to keep things moving smoothly. Mark and his great team are a joy to deal with and I will be using then for my next purchase.
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Lorraine was my main point of contact and was absolutely brilliant throughout both processes. Charlotte manages the letting side; she is highly knowledgeable, incredibly pleasant, and always goes the extra mile to help with any additional requests. Neal, Daniel, and Adam are also exceptionally welcoming and helpful every time I call or walk into the office. They operate as a seamless, cohesive team, and I highly recommend Daniel Adams for both sales and lettings.

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)The staff at Loft were everything and more during my purchase.<br>Viewing properties with Krissy, she knew about the properties, could answer questions and genuinely felt like she cared.<br>Ollie was my sales progressor and he went above and beyond with a case that got tricky at times! Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along. Can’t thank him enough.<br>At no point did I think I was on my own, I felt like the staff cared and were looking out for everyone’s best interests.<br>Happily would use again!
