The team were professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they worked hard to ensure the sale and rental progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling and renting a property can often be stressful, but their guidance and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout. I are very grateful for all of their help and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. There were several challenges along the way, but Katie remained supportive, proactive, and determined to find solutions. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. Her regular updates and reassurance made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage. Thanks to Katie’s dedication, persistence, and hard work, we got there in the end. Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe’s persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. 17th Jun 2026 (2 days ago)After years of using the big established estate agents and never been completely satisfied I decided to try a local independent estate agent Grafton and I’m glad I did,right the start Tariq the owner was on the ball keeping me informed offering sound advice and always on the end of the phone if I had something I needed to discuss,something that rarely happens with the bigger estate agents,Grafton are now managing my flat and I would definitely recommend them if your buying,selling or renting
