19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I have bought and now sold the same property with Daniel Adams over summer 2026. They have expert experience and local knowledge of the Coulsdon housing market. There was a very quick turn around from listing, open day to sale. They offer 360 videos of the property. They have a highstreet presence and assist with general advice, viewings and keyholding. I would definitely use their services in future

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We’ve been working with Jack and Christian at Oaks Estate Agents to let out our flat, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received.

As first time landlords, the whole process was new to us, but from our very first conversation with Oaks right through to moving-in day, Jack and Christian have been proactive, informative, supportive and incredibly professional. They found us a tenant within the first week of the property going on the market, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and commitment.

What has really stood out is how well they’ve guided us through every stage of the process. They’ve kept us informed, answered our questions and made what could have been a daunting experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Having had some less-than-positive experiences with estate agents in the past, I can honestly say that Oaks has restored my faith in the industry. Their approach, professionalism and genuine customer care put them streets ahead of their competitors.

I sincerely hope Oaks continues to grow and achieve the success it deserves. If they keep delivering this standard of service, they’ll blow their competitors out of the water.

A huge thank you to Jack, Christian and the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaks Estate Agents to anyone looking to let their property.
