Communication was always professional, friendly, and efficient, and Nathan was especially helpful with arranging viewings, answering questions, and keeping me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was handled smoothly and made far less stressful thanks to their support. I would definitely recommend Hamptons to others looking to rent.

They are all professional, hardworking and approachable and help to make selling your home as stress free as possible. Adam Fahy in particular is an exemplary employee. He is knowledgeable, patient and friendly and helped me on many occasions to make house viewings run smoothly. He is an absolute asset to the company.

Miles, who handled my viewings and tenancy was very amenable and worked hard to obtain the answer to any questions that I had. Highly recommend!
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

The whole team are wonderful - extremely helpful and professional but I have to make a special mention to Loraine! This year, we decided to go with Cubitt & West—and what a difference it made. Within just two weeks, they secured a full asking price offer, which exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the team were professional, respectful, and incredibly positive about our property. Their enthusiasm really shone through and made a huge difference in how our home was presented. Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us constantly updated with viewing schedules and provided detailed, helpful feedback after each one. The team were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely lovely to deal with, which made the whole experience far less stressful. We feel very confident that they will continue to provide the same high level of service as we move through the rest of the process. We truly cannot praise them enough—thank you so much!

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.- 2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Bairstow Eves throughout the letting process. The team was professional, efficient, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Amy Rest and William Donkor for their outstanding support. They were friendly, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. From the initial viewing all the way through to collecting the keys Maxine was on hand to support us, always contactable and kept us updated throughout. During what was a stressful time for us, we really appreciated the level of service we received and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this branch to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling. 5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Move Revolution have been instrumental in supporting us through a very complicated and protracted sale of our house. It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.
24th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. 29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client. I wish our estate agent had given us the same care and attention that Monochrome gave us! She’s a credit to her profession.
24th May 2026 (26 days ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you. We have previously tried to sell using other agents in the area and the level of service and relationship was night and day.
