13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I had a fantastic experience renting through Cray and Norton i have been a tenant for the past 3 years and they have been excellent,unlike other agencies,they are increadibly responsive whenever a maintenance issue arises repairs sorted within hours, communication always friendly,its a relief to have a tenant that looks after tenants ,Thanks Archie and all team ,i will recomend Cray and Norton anytime
22nd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Buyers beware. We bought a property by a seller represented by KFH Wickham. The process was extremely stressful and, at times, misleading, especially since we were told that the purchase would be chain-free only to be told upon exchange that there was a chain. The property sold to us was left full of rubbish, which we had to pay for ourselves, despite being told that 1) the property would be left free of all rubbish upon completion 2) the large items of rubbish would be removed at seller's expense. Any buyers buying through KFH Wickham, be careful, and ensure you receive all requests or have all actions fulfilled before key milestones in your purchase.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a home can be quite stressful, but Dane made the whole process feel much smoother. He kept me updated regularly, was clear in his communication, and was always approachable whenever I needed guidance. I especially appreciated his support towards the final stages, where things can get overwhelming, he handled everything calmly and efficiently, which really helped. I would highly recommend Dane and Oaks Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you again for all your help!

13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Neighbour were very responsive and made use of modern communication tools (e.g. Whatsapp) which made planning and managing the house sale process very straightforward and efficient. Jamie from Neighbour was very transparent and worked hard to protect the chain and progress the sale through to completion. He gave good advice and was always friendly both up and down the chain. Neighbour being a local agent was useful for catchups and local knowledge in the East Croydon/addiscombe area which proved very useful in the early stages of putting the property on the market.
