10th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)We had booked a viewing in advance for a 2-bedroom terraced house on Portland Place West, Leamington Spa. When we arrived, the agent unlocked the property and let us in, but remained on his phone throughout the viewing. There was no introduction, no walkthrough of the property, and no attempt to answer questions or engage with us. We were effectively left to view the property on our own and left shortly afterwards without any meaningful interaction. Unfortunately, this came across as unprofessional, no respect for our time and did not provide the level of service we would expect when attending a scheduled property viewing.
