Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.

Collette, Lesley and the team were absolutely superb from start to finish, and quite honestly our experience was that it would be impossible to improve on the service they provided. The team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and above all thoroughly professional at all times.

Kings found me a buyer within 1 month of it being on the market.?? Dylan was with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop with regular, friendly and supportive contact. I felt that he had my needs at the forefront of discussions in relation to my business and he was very encouraging and helpful. I found Dylan and Kings Business very professional, accommodating and responsive and would not hesitate in recommending them. ??I would particularly like to thank Dylan for doing a fantastic job, you really are a great asset to Kings Business. Mathew Parkinson and Gal Leslie also deserve recognition and to quote Mathew ''you get what you pay for''... Kings are worth the money! ??It was an immense relief to finally achieve what we had been working towards and Dylan even phoned me to wish me well for the future.
6th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Offered on a house at the asking price to then be told someone had offered higher, I said I didn’t want to enter a bidding war. I then rang back not even a minute later with an offer higher than the asking price to be told the owners of the property wanted to sell to the other people and paperwork had been sent across… does not add up. I then asked of another property and put an offer forward and it was a straight no…not even ‘I will put forward to the owner’. I am a first time buyer and all of this has knocked my confidence massively and feel I have been treated unfairly.
