6th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.
28th Dec 2023 (16 weeks ago)Had problems getting through to my team initially as messages went awry. I went up to Musselburgh and spoke directly to Cherese and everything went smoothly after that. Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.

16th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I recently put my property up for sale with Drummond Miller. The “selling” part of this service was poor. It appeared as if the leading agent, Robert, didn’t care in the slightest, as emphasised by the very nonchalant responses to my queries throughout. My ad was also full of errors (including my address) and when pointed out I was assured this would be changed, which it wasn’t, prior to going live. Once sold I can’t fault the service in terms of the sale and legal work. Pam was professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the remainder of the process. I have mixed feelings towards Drummond Miller LLP now but due to the poor initial service I wouldn’t recommend.
11th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

Throughout both they have been professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Shout outs for Eileen Henderson and Sinead Duffy who have been excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend Neilsons as a firm.

The staff were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in their communication with us throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at each stage and were punctual in responding despite the time differences to where we live. When I started getting anxious as the settlement date approached, the staff at Neilson's were reassuring and gave us confidence that the transaction would be completed on time.

24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)What an amazing service from start to finish from both Jennifer, Andrew and Janice. For anyone who wants a simple, and efficient estate agent look no further. Our house went up on the market the week of Christmas when most estate agents close. Not Avenue Road. They made sure that everything still processed as normal and our house went up within days to ensure we were able to reserve our new home. The whole process was easy with them and made it very simple and straight forward for us. Andrew was always on hand for us regarding any viewings and interest. Jennifer was giving us regular updates and keeping us in the loop. One thing I would say which stands them out from the crowd is they are always on hand. For example we had a request at 10pm on a Saturday night for a viewing which we were delighted about. Within minutes we had it booked. You won’t get that 24/7 service anywhere else. At the very start we had a few estate agents come to negotiate with us but felt like a number with them and just another tick box. With Jennifer and Andrew we were a family looking to sell and move to our forever home and they wanted it for us. I could go on and on about how amazing they were and so grateful for them. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thank you again and always welcome for a cuppa in our new home.
