They ensured that all the legal procedures were completed exactly when they needed to be, keeping the entire process moving seamlessly. Thanks to their efficiency and proactive approach, everything was perfectly aligned on completion day and we managed to get the keys for our new house first thing in the morning! Moving can be incredibly stressful, but Connor malcolm Solicitors excellent timing and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. We highly recommend his services!

Lina then came onboard and negotiated a fair price on the property I wanted. The score then went to good communication.

Having always lived in England, we were daunted by the thought of a very different property market in Scotland but we were helped on every step of the way. Claire C was our initial contact and was so patient and supportive, explaining the system and nothing was too much trouble. Once we found a property to buy, Claire S was our solicitor. Again, she was patient, understanding and so helpful as well as being efficient, timely and diligent with all the legal work. She kept us well informed and involved at every step. We also had a lot of help and support from Suzie and Sheila, plus other members of the team. We are very grateful to them all and highly recommend Neilsons.
