5th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time

18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Colin and the team could not have been more helpful and any questions I had they were promptly answered. Thank you to everyone involved.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I could not recommend Joyce Heeps Homes enough. From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands! Oh and the app they have is absolutely brilliant and I have to say I am going to miss checking it for updates on viewings and offers! ??????

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We used Cruive in Strathaven to sell our family home. Having not done this for very long time it was great to have knowledgeable people to keep us right. Judith and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable about selling our property. They kept us right along this path and we got the value, Judith predicted right at the very start.<br>From the initial meeting at Cruive to surveying the house to organising home report and advertising to conducting all the viewings and closing the deal out. Keeping us in the loop every step of the way and not an issue if we just dropped in to ask what we thought may have been a silly question.<br>I would strongly recommend them if you need a property sold. They go above and beyond and do what they say they are going to do.
