6th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

12th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Do not entertain using this property service! They didnt return my deposit in full only to advertise it again using pictures of work I had previously completed. Then to add insult to injury they are doing the same again. I have walked past the house on numerous occasions to clearly see no changes have been made they just wanted some extra cash. Difficult to get hold of when required, will promise the world and supply nothing and what they do/try to fix is half arsed and shoddy. Save yourself the hassle and look at other property agents these are not worth your time or money...

10th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Has ignored our bin problem since July, we are sick and tired of living in trash. They don't care or want to help the people they have been hired for.<br><br>We've had a consistent problem with the bins and the storage for the past 4 years, we thought with the new development of ASH coming onto work with Move would mean that the bins would be solved, but in actuality, they've just gotten worse.<br><br>Trash from businesses across the street, passers-by, non-residents and disgruntled residents has pilled up outside our bins since July, the bins haven't been taken out SINCE July, they've just removed the overfill which is a huge fire hazard and massive problem for hygiene.<br><br>Hygiene Products, empty cement bags from builders, human waste, rotten food all piles up during the summer which attracts flies. It's disgusting, we are forced to hold our trash in our apartments and then we never get the chance to take them out.<br><br>There is a young family living in the same avenue as us and they can never fit their pram through the trash piles and they are forced to put their kid near trash when leaving their apartment. The council have threatened legal action to the appropriate landlord and has just been ignored.<br><br>The people that have caused this to happen should seriously consider their business practises and look at these images and think "would I be happy living here?" because we are so tired of being treated this way.

From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout. Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative. I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.

8th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Well let's just say I'm sure Rowan has a few extra grey hairs but what an amazing Estate Agent he has his team are a credit to his business. Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)Wouldn't recommend purple bricks. There is no incentive for them to actively sell your home or chase up leads. We did sell our home but this was achieved without any sales agent at all.
20th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
