This is now the third property I have sold through them over the years, and every single experience has been excellent. Their professionalism, communication and commitment have always been first class.
A special thank you to Clarke and especially Sherry, who was my Sales Progressor. This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding.
Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. Their support made a genuinely stressful situation much more manageable.
Thank you to Clarke, Sherry and the whole team at Robert Cooper for another fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
2nd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service.
They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants.
Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start.
Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. They were very helpful and supportive they walked me through the whole process communicating effectively with me keeping me up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your property needs.

My agent, Daniella, was a lovely and kind person. She was always helpful, approachable, and made me feel comfortable at every stage.
Communication was clear and timely, and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.
I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Their expertise and customer-focused approach made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well-managed.

13th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.
9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. From the very beginning, their communication was virtually non-existent, and despite being given multiple opportunities to improve, they consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service.
They showed a complete lack of respect for my time, with poor organisation, broken promises and an overall disregard for keeping clients informed. To make matters worse, the staff came across as incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant throughout the process which didn’t even get far!
Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. Professionalism, communication, and customer care were all severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy estate agent. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
3rd Oct 2024 (2 years ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
