In my most recent interactions with Linas, and also with Lucy from the same branch, I have appreciated the level of help and professionalism in organising everything for a new tenancy, and for prompt responses to my emails and calls.
20th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Had an appointment with Sarah booked for a shared ownership mortgage turned up to find the branch closed. No response to emails and no one's picked up the phone. Very embarrassing service.
22nd Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Aman provided excellent service from shortlisting tenants, overseeing the vetting, providing a contact for the gas and electricity certificate and finalising the move. His communication during the whole process was noteworthy.

20th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

A good communicator, keeps you informed at every stage, manages expectations very well and importantly -answers the phone and returns your call-! Professional integrity and trustworthy, would highly recommend Adam and the team to anyone who is looking for a 'reliable estate agent' -So hard to find and usually an Oxymoron-! You can rely on Adam and Ellis & Co if you’re buying or selling a property, they put your mind at ease and provide exceptional service to their customers.... 6th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

Stephen has allowed us to view the property on multiple occasions to help us make our decision and the transition towards the move in date has been great. They have also made sure all our requirements have been met to begin our tenancy. Would definitely recommend to all.

And how right he was !!! He was above board arranging viewings, keeping me updated with the outcome of each viewing. Every conversation with me, he kept my confidence up. The service he provided was in good faith and honest. No fuss at all. I am so grateful to David and everyone who contributed towards the sale of my house. They said from the start they would sell my house .... and they kept their word. Thank you Martyn Gerrard

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Rafi Gamliel went the extra mile in ensuring everything ran smoothly. If there was an issue he sorted it immediately. Could not recommend Dexters more especially if you get Rafi.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Pratik and Vic helped me and my partner move into our new flat very quickly whilst also dealing with all the paperwork in no time! Pratik heard what I was looking for and understood my budget and was able to beat every other estate agents pricing in the whole area by far!
