11th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)My experience with Barnard Marcus estate agents is with their lettings department in finchley N12.<br>Having a number of properties in North Finchley I have been dealing with their lettings manager for the past 7 or 8 years.<br>What I like is the strong understanding and relationship with the same person for the whole timep. The lettings manager Linas to be very understanding of my requirements and very personable to deal with and I find him to be very efficient in his job.<br>All the rentals which I have given to Linas he has obtained good quality tenants within aabout two days and most recently within half a day.
13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

13th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.
20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Scott made the whole process of finding a house and moving out far less stressful for me and my sister. From start to finish, he was honest, professional and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, but Scott made everything much smoother and easier to manage. His communication was excellent, and we always felt well informed and supported. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thank you again for all your help!
