I had a really positive experience purchasing my first house through Gibbs Gillespie, Ruislip Manor. The entire process was smooth and well managed, and I would especially like to thank George Wakefield for his excellent support throughout.
George was humble, professional, approachable and always helpful. He answered all our queries promptly, obtained the necessary answers from the sellers and kept us informed at every stage of the purchasing process. His clear communication, patience and proactive approach made what can often be a stressful experience much easier for us. He genuinely helped us secure our home, and we really appreciate his efforts.
A special shout-out to Mahnoor as well for all her help in following up with the solicitors and keeping things moving to ensure a smooth purchase process. Thank you for your dedication and support.

She has been proactive with updates throughout the process and has done a fantastic job coordinating between us, the buyers, and the solicitors to keep everything moving forward.
Our case was particularly challenging, as our original buyer pulled out, but Faye remained professional and supportive throughout. She helped us explore alternative options, navigate the setbacks, and ultimately managed to find us a new buyer within a short timeframe.
The whole process lasted almost a year, so we're especially grateful for Faye's patience, persistence, and dedication in helping us get the sale over the line. 23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Highly unprofessional service from Lawrence Rand. They keep you in the dark about the status of your property transaction, providing little to no updates or transparency about how things are progressing behind the scenes.
You expect your agent to represent your interests and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Lawrence Rand has been the complete opposite. They seem to make things unnecessarily difficult at every step of the way.
Their communication is extremely poor, and the lack of proactive updates leaves customers constantly guessing about the progress of their transaction. As a customer, you should not have to chase your agent for basic information or be left wondering what is happening.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Lawrence Rand for property-related services. There is a clear lack of communication, transparency, and customer focus.

19th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)From the start, City Deals have been extremely helpful and proactive. Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.
Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated the patience, professionalism and support he provided throughout.
Towards the end of the process, Salva was also on hand to assist with finalising my move and was very helpful, polite and professional.
I would highly recommend City Deals for their Expertise, support, and services.

Lewis was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire viewing. He has excellent knowledge of the local area and patiently answered all of our family's questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free for us. It is easy to see why Coopers has such a great reputation as an independent business. If you are looking for an agent who genuinely cares and provides top-tier service, I highly recommend asking for Lewis!

He had a constant smile, a positive attitude and was very kind and patient. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed. He gave us his full attention and made sure we felt comfortable and well informed.

Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.
Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.
Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.
We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.
