If you buying PLEASE AVOID this agency!!! Unfortunately, I feel nothing but anger and extreme disappointment after dealing with them. The agency was still showing the house to others even after our offer was accepted by the seller. Obviously, somebody came up with a higher offer and we lost the house.
I hope my review will be a warning to others that under no circumstances they should be doing business with these people (unless you’ve got plenty of time and cash to waste). In my opinion the agency is a scam – totally dishonest and unreliable. Not recommended.
Absolutely fantastic service provided throughout by Lucy Attwood, my main contact at the branch. She was extremely approachable, understood immediately from the beginning the kind of house I was looking for and was not overbearing in any way shape or form. She was on hand to provide great advice at all times and is really a tribute to her company. I have yet to receive better service from any other estate agent!
This estate agent is not worth it if you don't put a property up with them they won't bother to put an offer forward for a purchase or help. They so desperate for my property to which I went with the best and made a lot of profit. Improve ur marketing.
Top class service. Glenda Hall was so helpful & supportive throughout the selling process regular communication, proactive, chasing up solicitor’s, supportive advice and really calmed my nerves when the sale process got a little fraught at times. We got there in the end and I am most grateful to her, she is an absolute credit to this company, I shall miss our daily telephone chats.
Some solicitors could take a leaf out of her book!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We purchased our house through them in 2015. It all stared well, but as our offer got accepted and moved on to next stage the ordeal began. Our offer was accepted late July, we were told there was no chain and the seller is ready to move out as soon as we can get paperwork done. This turned out be a load of bunk. The seller used to "disappear" for weeks impacting the progress, not responding to queries raised by the solicitors. Paul Ryan who was dealing with the case from Lawrence Rand wasn't very helpful either. During the course he went on leave without giving an hint he was planning to do so. We never got any honest answers as to why the delay despite everything being in order from our side. Phone calls to his office or emails asking for updates rarely got returned unless the email was marked to Peter Lawrence. This was our first home purchase and with so much delay we were not sure what was happening, if there were to be gazumped, whether the deal is going to go through or not, it was very stressful for us. Finally we got the keys towards end of Nov. To our surprise the seller left all his unwanted stuff(mostly rubbish) behind. And he took away some of the fittings/fixtures that he earlier agreed to leave! When we requested Lawrence Rand if they can contact the seller and get the house cleared, all we got was "we will pass the message" and that's it. We never heard anything back. We were never given the contact details of the seller so there was no way possible for us to reach him. We also found out in the week that followed that someone else had signed up for Council Tax payment and another person had signed up for Gas and Electricity for the property. We managed to sort this out ourselves, not not sure how it happened in first place. Had Lawrence Rand been clear with their communication instead of keeping us in dark this experience would have been much better. I guess in a seller driven market, with properties in short supply and high prices, its the buyer which is at the receiving end and the estate agent only cares for the seller from whom ultimately the profits come! And today morning I received a phone call from them asking if I was interested in selling my house due to an increased demand for properties in my area! Good grief!
I have renting via Coopers for a few years now. They've always sorted my renting requirements promptly and satisfactorily. Highly recommend them for your rentals. Thanks Ryan and Guido and the rental team at Ruislip High Road branch much appreciate your help.

Having just exchanged house contracts, I think that it would be fair to say that Orchard Estate Agents, Ruislip, made a stressful lifetime event, into a smooth and straightforward process. All of the staff in Orchard are extremely professional and proactive in the way that they deal with clients. Stephen Blackmore Manager/Owner, is refreshingly honest, helpful and accurate in his valuations of properties. Charlie Linthwaite took some wonderful photos of the house and was always extremely professional and courteous. However, it was Caileigh Murphy who really did the hard work in ensuring that our sale went through effortlessly. Caileigh is very astute and experienced in house sales negotiations and works tirelessly to ensure that offers become firm deals. In a challenging market, Orchard is an estate agent that works hard to deliver and we thoroughly recommend them.
Amazing experience! I managed to get my current tenancy through Orchard. Viewing was arranged swiftly and as per my convenience. Whole process was completed just in one day and at the same time Chris and his team were very attentive to detail and kept us updated on every step during the viewing and subsequent approval process.
Once the approval was there, these guys negotiated with the Landlord and made us agree a convenient date for the move. Also, they offered every service including content insurance, Moving/Packing, Professional cleaning, Inventory check, Deposit Protection etc. etc. which obviously eased my life and took away the usual hassle involved in the house move.
Even after the move Chris stayed in touch with me and sorted the minor issues related to property maintenance.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that after 3 months I contacted Chris yesterday to change the rent payment date to match my Pay date and unbelievably Chris sorted that out just in couple of hours. (Considering my Landlord is living abroad, it was really superb and super quick)
Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent/manage any sort of property.
