They were on-hand throughout the process and made the process effortless. Their rates were also very competitive and they were able to secure multiple offers above what local experts deemed to be market value so it's five stars all round!

They were kind, friendly and always available to help. I attended a viewing with Harry, who was exceptionally kind and friendly. He was available to answer all my questions. 23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with the team, particularly Oliver, who was our main point of contact, along with Ian who stepped in whenever needed. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Throughout this period, the customer service and support we received were very poor — the attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and requests were often met with reluctance rather than genuine assistance.<br><br>I have since moved into my own home, and based on this experience, I would not choose to work with Robsons again, nor would I recommend them to act on anyone’s behalf.

Everything was handled really efficiently, and she was always quick to help with any questions or issues I had. The whole process of moving in was made really easy and I definitely felt like I was in good hands. Would highly recommend!

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. 27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.

From the very beginning, the team took the time to understand my requirements and helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. They were extremely patient, professional, and showed us multiple properties until we found the right one.<br><br>A special thank you to Ciara, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and supportive from the initial property search right through to the day we moved in. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, always answering our questions and ensuring everything was taken care of.<br><br>I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and dedication shown by Foxtons. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. 5/5 – thank you for helping us find our sweet home!
