We have now just sold our house, again with Sophie as our agent and she has been absolutely exemplary in managing everything and everyone, with great support from Andreia!<br>If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agents in the area I would definitely recommend Bennett Holmes and Sophie in particular.

Looking for properties in London can be so stressful, but with an agent like Aaron, it couldn’t have been easier. After a quick chat with him about what I was looking for, he got back to me with a few options in my price range, that were exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part about the process was picking which place I liked best. Every viewing I showed up to (even when I arrived early), Aaron was ready and waiting to show me my next potential home, with the knowledge and professionalism needed to handle such a big life commitment. And long waiting periods. In a nutshell – they were superb and very professional/courteous. They made me feel re-assured during a testing process for myself, and I will always be grateful for that. I would have NO HESITATION in recommending David Doyle to anyone.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

He was always available to help, and whenever we needed him for help and advice he was there. We bought and sold through Robsons and I highly recommend using them if you are ever thinking of buying / selling your property.

They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.
18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.<br><br>He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. Communication was clear every step of the way, making what can often be a stressful experience run smoothly.<br>I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Ben and the Andrews Residential team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, answered all of our questions, and kept everything moving smoothly.<br><br>As first time buyers, my wife and I were understandably nervous about the whole process.
