21st Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have been with Bennett Holmes for for around 3 years. I can not express the relief that I feel to have them as my managing agents. I have found them to be utterly reliable and extremely professional. They treat tenants and landlords with respect, they are responsive and give excellent advice. They are fully conversant with all regulations and you can rest assured when you instruct them. I have rented property for years and I can truly say that they are the only agent that have delivered. I have found that they have not only delivered but also have also gone beyond. An issue arose that meant that I needed to get paperwork from my previous agent. I had been with Bennett Holmes for a year and was already signed sealed and delivered. There was no benefit to Bennett Holmes for helping me obtain this but they managed to obtain everything that I required. There was a period this summer where my property was undergoing a refurb so they were not contractually obliged to assist me in anyway but they did continue to do so and again at great effort and without complaint. They are also all warm people and that makes them nice to deal with. Huge shout out to Stacey and Jason, they really are the best.

23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Highly unprofessional service from Lawrence Rand. They keep you in the dark about the status of your property transaction, providing little to no updates or transparency about how things are progressing behind the scenes.
You expect your agent to represent your interests and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Lawrence Rand has been the complete opposite. They seem to make things unnecessarily difficult at every step of the way.
Their communication is extremely poor, and the lack of proactive updates leaves customers constantly guessing about the progress of their transaction. As a customer, you should not have to chase your agent for basic information or be left wondering what is happening.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Lawrence Rand for property-related services. There is a clear lack of communication, transparency, and customer focus.

Lewis was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional throughout the entire viewing. He has excellent knowledge of the local area and patiently answered all of our family's questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free for us. It is easy to see why Coopers has such a great reputation as an independent business. If you are looking for an agent who genuinely cares and provides top-tier service, I highly recommend asking for Lewis!

We initially had our property listed with another estate agent but made the decision to move to Aubrey & Finn, largely because of how impressed we were with Mark from our very first conversations. It turned out to be an excellent decision.
Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.
What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.
A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!

He attended all of our viewings across multiple properties and was always incredibly helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.
He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.

Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
