Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

20th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

After moving in, James from the management team has been extremely responsive and quick in arranging repairs, coordinating everything smoothly with the landlord. Excellent service overall! Highly satisfied!!!

Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.

I registered my interest in purchasing a new home and he listened attentively as I gave him my specific requirements. I was never bombarded with calls or emails, instead he only called when a house that fitted the description I gave him, came to the market. After the second call Nas found the perfect property for me. He made himself available for more than one viewing at a day and time of my choice. My offer has recently been accepted and I am absolutely delighted that the process has been painless (apart from the wait to hear if my offer was acceptable).
