7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

13th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Very disappointing experience. The viewing was arranged by email for 3pm on Saturday, 12/09. We arrived on time and waited outside the property, but nobody came.<br><br>They did not have access to the property, but we received no email, message or phone call beforehand to let us know that the viewing could not go ahead. They had my phone number and email, so we could easily have been contacted.<br><br>When I called while we were already outside the property, I was told that they had tried to send a message. However, I never received it. If we had received any notification, we obviously would not have travelled there and waited outside.<br><br>This was a complete waste of our time and very unprofessional communication. A viewing should not be allowed to proceed as arranged when the agent does not have access to the property without properly informing the customer beforehand.

He was friendly, extremely helpful and very patient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with a minimum of fuss, even though I was on holiday for the two weeks leading up to move-in day. By the time I moved in, everything had been sorted smoothly and was absolutely fine. Since then, Cosway have also been very helpful in dealing with any issues that have come up. I’d happily recommend them - and Jeremy in particular!

From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.
