13th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

I was planning to use this agency for my rental property, but their complete lack of competence and poor work ethic resulted in a significant financial impact on me. Even though I was a prospective client trusting their professional reputation, they showed zero accountability. I will absolutely never use this agency in the future.

20th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! From the very beginning, she was approachable, supportive, she knew exactly what we were looking for, and always willing to help with any questions we had (and we had a lot). Her communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure we fully understood everything involved. As first time sellers, Foxtons weren't our first choice estate agents, having been told local ones would be our best option. After no luck and generating little interest for over a year, we shifted to Foxtons in the hope that their market outreach might work and it instantly did. Joe and James were great from day one. They helped to generate plenty of interest, were extremely responsive and always happy to help us. As first time sellers, they stepped us through everything clearly and kept the pressure on our buyer. Would highly recommend!

We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.
