13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

Any concerns raised are addressed promptly, giving us confidence that issues are taken seriously and resolved efficiently.<br><br>The team is consistently accommodating, professional, and polite, making every interaction pleasant and stress-free. Their excellent communication and commitment to customer service are truly appreciated.
13th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I booked a viewing with this estate agent and nobody turned up at the agreed time. After taking time out of my day to attend, I received no prior notice, apology, or explanation. When I contacted the office, rather than dealing with the issue professionally, staff appeared to respond with sarcasm, which only added to my frustration. The communication was poor, the service was unprofessional, and there seemed to be little regard for my time or the inconvenience caused. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a level of customer service I would expect from an estate agent.

Indianna communicates clearly, deals with any issues promptly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her friendly and approachable manner makes a real difference, and it’s reassuring to know that any concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. 15th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

They were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their support and attention to detail made everything simple and hassle-free. It’s rare to find such dedicated and helpful people. I would highly recommend this agency and especially appreciate the excellent service from Adora and Sarshar.

I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

Viewings were arranged in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption to our young family, and there was a constant endeavour to go above and beyond. Particular shoutout to Dean and Harvey. Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Ashwood to anyone seeking to sell their property!

We were introduced to her during our transaction and she has been very quick in helping us with all our queries and requests. Her promptness and clear communication kept things moving at a good pace and without her the transaction most likely would have been delayed. She also possesses a good understanding of these processes and her perspective has helped us a lot.
