This is now the third property I have sold through them over the years, and every single experience has been excellent. Their professionalism, communication and commitment have always been first class. A special thank you to Clarke and especially Sherry, who was my Sales Progressor. This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding. Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. Their support made a genuinely stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you to Clarke, Sherry and the whole team at Robert Cooper for another fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

2nd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

18th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Outstanding service from Diamond and the team at Lion Wolf I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property. This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line. What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening. He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down. Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion. Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us. Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale.
