31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Everyone we were in contact with at Brian Cox was always helpful, communicative and engaging. Their knowledge of the market as well as list of potential buyers led to a very quick sale.

14th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Did not sell our property for us. Communications weren’t the best.
5th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Team was fantastic always kept us updated on the progress am very friendly got £5k above asking price brilliant definitely recommend
20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
8th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Ameet Radia, and we found him to be always very professional, polite and humble. Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. Thank you Ameet Sahib for all your good work and delivering what you promised.
10th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)good communication throughout our tenancy highly recommended
23rd Feb 2018 (8 years ago)Marvellous place to work
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

9th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. From the very beginning, their communication was virtually non-existent, and despite being given multiple opportunities to improve, they consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service.

They showed a complete lack of respect for my time, with poor organisation, broken promises and an overall disregard for keeping clients informed. To make matters worse, the staff came across as incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant throughout the process which didn’t even get far!

Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. Professionalism, communication, and customer care were all severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy estate agent. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
16th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Worst Experience I have ever had in London. After 3 months that the tenancy agreement ended. I am still waiting for a deposit of £3k to come back to me I rented a place with JC Living and the communication has been so unprofessional and disjointed. They don't provide any service unless when it comes to asking for money. They keep changing staff from their side so there is no point of contact. Awful agency. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

28th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Frestons were absolutely brilliant in helping us rent our property! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and proactive. We were always kept in the look with clear and timely updates, and they really got things moving quickly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more efficient process. Highly recommend their services !

27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We had a pleasure to meet Magda, we had a lot of questions and Magda explained each stage clearly, helped us keep track of important deadlines, and gave us space to make our own decisions without ever feeling rushed. Highly recommended.
