6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I have been receiving a service from Hoopers and a Hoopers associate for over 20 years. They look after managing my flat so well that I know that I am in good hands. It is reassuring,, that they make sure that all the safety requirements are in place. More recently Shenae has been my main contact person and she is efficient, accessible, engaging, polite and overall very professional at what she does. For example Hoopers needed a set of keys, but Shenae made the time to collect the tenants key, got the spare keys cut and then returned the tenants keys to them. That made it really easy and saved my time as a landlord. Thank you Hoopers for such an excellent service. Dr LW MBE

From our first viewing, Jo was professional, knowledgeable about Pitshanger and the wider Ealing area, and genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for.<br><br>She’s incredibly responsive, always getting back to us quickly with updates, answering our questions clearly, and providing helpful, honest advice at each stage. Working with Jo has made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable and reassuring. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Pitshanger/Ealing area!

He was always easy to contact, kept me updated regularly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions or concerns.<br><br>The purchase had a few unexpected twists along the way, so I really appreciated Nick’s support and communication throughout. While Nick was away, Thomas also made sure I was kept updated, so there was always someone available to help.<br><br>Overall, a very positive experience and great communication throughout the whole process. What stood out most was not just the speed of communication, but the willingness to listen and understand things from the client’s perspective. Throughout the process, I had quite a few detailed requests and questions, some of which were not straightforward at all, but Raghuvir was always patient, helpful, and willing to find answers.<br><br>It’s not often that you come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being brushed aside or treated as an inconvenience. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Was extremely helpful throughout the entire process always checked up on us and made sure he knew exactly what are wants and needs were.
