6th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. 28th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

She helped in finding a flat in Wembley Park which I absolutely love and I’m so happy because of it. Krupa dealt with the admin side of things and that was a really straight forward process. Can’t fault the experience! Thank you.

14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)This review is constantly being reported so that it does not get posted. To truly know how these agents operate, do not look at any reviews other than the low rated ones. One reviewer has posted using the name G and Hari’s response is that he does not have a client by the name G in his database. The man is a joke! I have been asking Hunters to serve notice to the tenant since the 10th of January 2024 because the contract ends on the 17th of March 2024. Hunters have refused to do so. They have yet again stopped responding to my emails asking about when the tenant will vacate. In October last year they stopped responding to me for months on end. As for the rest of the year, the communication from them has been that they will take me to court or I should take them to court. That is how they deal with any questions you ask them about your property. It is the 14th of March 2024 and I have no information from Hunters. I called Hunters asking to speak to Hari and a young man with a British accent answered and insisted he is Hari Patel. If, in a situation speaking the truth would help them, they would not be able to do so because they only know how to lie! They have tried to cheat me several times out of a few thousand pounds each time creaking fake expenses and issues while working in cahoots with their cronies. Engage them if you have no other options and you enjoy being harassed and don’t mind paying for Hari’s many foreign vacations and fleet of luxury vehicles. The vacation and car boast was from the owner of the agency himself. The above practices in dealing with their landlords are what they are best at. Engage them if you have no other options! They were recommended to me by another Estate agent who knew that Hunters were looking for a property that could be sublet especially if the landlord lived abroad.
17th Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. He really knew his stuff when it came to the local property scene, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, listened to our needs, and didn't try to push anything on us that wasn't right. Communication was top-notch with Mr. Hassan. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and making sure we knew what was going on. It was really reassuring to have someone so reliable guiding us through the process. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Hassan was his attention to detail. He made sure everything was sorted out smoothly, leaving no stone unturned. It made the whole buying process a breeze. Long story short, if you're in Greenford and in need of a great estate agent, I can't recommend Mr. Hassan at Perkins Estates enough. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy to work with. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
