13th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Early in the year we decided the time was right to move and therefore to sell our house. We invited several estate agents to explain to us how they would do this. It became very clear during these consultations that Tony Brick from Gibbs was the best prepared representative, backing up his claims with clear evidence of what Gibbs were capable of delivering.<br>There was a conditional contract to sell the house, at what we consider to be above market rate, in about 10 days.<br>From that point on Tony and the rest of the team at Gibbs performed above expectation to ensure the proposed move reached a successful conclusion.<br>Our heart felt thanks Tony and team. You did what it said on the tin.

24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)We had a great experience renting with Citydeal. During the market exploration phase, Omar was informative, clear, and responsive. He arrived early to our scheduled viewing, presented me with an information sheet, and answered all questions we had then and afterwards via Whatsapp. The offer and contract negotiation stages were efficient, and our requests were promptly communicated to and negotiated with the landlord by Slava. Signing, inventory checks, and moving in were smooth. We have had two small maintenance issues which were quickly passed onto the landlord by Leah and the management team, and prompted addressed. The landlord had been communicative and reasonable as well.

Both were very friendly and able to offer fast and constructive advice. They definitely made us feel heard and considered, especially compared to many of the other larger agency's we had viewings with.<br><br>We would recommend to all!

They took my AML check fees and kept me waiting for two months, only to tell me that the owner no longer wanted to sell the property.<br><br>The whole process was a complete waste of my time and money. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left chasing for updates instead of being kept informed.<br><br>My experience with the agent, Paige, at the 16 Packers Street was especially disappointing. The level of service and professionalism fell far below my expectations.<br><br>I would not recommend this estate agency based on my experience.

Communication was always easy, quick, and very clear.Asher took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and curated the absolute best properties for us to view in the area. During the viewings, he was highly professional and explained every single detail clearly—covering everything from the specifics of the properties to local neighborhood insights. We ran into some difficulties during the referencing process, but he worked tirelessly to help us through every step and kept us updated throughout. Thanks to his persistence and support, everything was resolved smoothly.<br><br>The whole process was far less stressful because of his dedication, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about helping us secure our new home.<br><br>I highly recommend Empire Estates, and a special thank you to Ayoub for going above and beyond. Thank you again for all your help!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
