14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.
27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. Thank you Ameet Sahib for all your good work and delivering what you promised.
1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. 4th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done. P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot

My partner and I came to Ash at GrowPortfolio after a previous landlord pulled out of our rental agreement days before move in. Given the urgency of our search, Ash was patient, reassuring and quick to get us in by our previous move date. Not only that, he handled our anxiety in the most kind and polite manner, which really helped humanise the process (where normally it feels very vapid in London).<br><br>If you are considering a property with GrowPortfolio, do it. 18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Outstanding service from Diamond and the team at Lion Wolf I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property. This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line. What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening. He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down. Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion. Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us. Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale. If you are considering selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lion Wolf and especially Diamond. We have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, and the level of service we received here really stood out.
