22nd May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I used Harper MacLeod services for my recent separation / divorce and firstly, can say that I can't recommend them highly enough! Divorce is a minefield for people who have never been through it but Harper (and more specifically, Grant) really reduced my stress load. All the legal jargon was cut through and things explained simply, making the whole process so much easier. Grant assisted me in getting a satisfactory outcome and I couldn't have done it without him and Harper. I am extremely grateful for the highly professional services the provided me and just speaking to me like a normal human being, with compassion and willingness to get the result you want. Harper will be my first point of contact, should i require legal services in the future and I honestly urge anyone to contact Harper, if they need Legal help, they won't let you down.

8th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)This has been by far the best experience I’ve had with a solicitors company in many years Samantha was ultra efficient throughout the guardianship process, she was absolutely amazing and Munro & Noble should be proud to have her as part of their team. Her assistant Adam was also very efficient with the complex process being completed in I think record time. Well done to you both, I have already been recommending you to other best wishes.

8th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Arthur and Carmichael are a very well run firm that prides itself in providing sound legal advice and good customer service to its clients. I can personally vouch for that as I had to engage this firm on behalf of my elderly mother to deal with a complex crofting issue which had occurred. The advice received from Daniel was both comprehensive and very well explained, he certainly knew his stuff regarding the complexities of crofting law, he came across as being very personable and approachable. Laura who assisted with the sale of the property was also first class. They were both excellent at their jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our dad had used Middleton Ross for his will a number of years ago, always believing in the value of working with people invested in the local community. On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.

James was dealing with our house sale and was very approachable and available for all our queries throughout the process. We could speak to him out of the usual office house which was particularly helpful. Everyone I spoke to within the team were very professional and helpful and had excellent communication. It felt like a smooth process from the get go and we felt we were kept in the loop throughout the house sale journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future. Thank you.
11th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)I had my will prepared by this firm back in 2017 and was assured at the time that any future changes could be made easily. Recently, I contacted them to make some important updates. While the receptionist was polite and helpful, the overall service I received was extremely disappointing. After multiple emails and messages left for the solicitor, I received no direct response. I was eventually told, via the receptionist, that the solicitor was too busy with conveyancing work to assist and that I should take my business elsewhere to have my will completely rewritten. As a returning client who has already paid for this service, I find this unacceptable. I relied on the assurance that amendments would be straightforward, yet I am now being forced to pay another firm to redo the entire will. Very poor client care and not the level of service I expected.
