No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses
15th May 2026 (29 days ago)The team at Slater Hogg in Largs were absolutely exceptional from start to finish - i can't recommend them highly enough. We saw a number of estate agents before selling our flat and it was a no-brainer to go with the Slater Hogg team who stood out from the start, with such a positive can-do attitude, and friendliness. They were clear and informative on costs, timeframes, and processes. Judith, Gill, Tracey, Lisa, Stephen and the team were highly efficient throughout the whole process and communication from them was outstanding. They kept me up to date, responded quickly to queries, and took time and care to talk through viewings on the flat and next steps with absolute clarity. The process of selling a property is always a stressful one and the team made the whole thing seamless, efficient and much less stressful, as i knew i was in safe hands with them. Utterly outstanding service!

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Lynne's experience, with her eye for attention to detail, meant we had a very professional online brochure, as well as a Home Report, produced in the space of a week. As a result of Lynne conducting the house viewings in person, we were delighted to receive a formal offer on our house, above the asking price, within FOUR working days of the sales brochure going online.
