She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.
24th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

No response from Lucy after contacting them about Katie's behaviour. but good to see they like to leave meaningless automatic responses
15th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)The team at Slater Hogg in Largs were absolutely exceptional from start to finish - i can't recommend them highly enough. We saw a number of estate agents before selling our flat and it was a no-brainer to go with the Slater Hogg team who stood out from the start, with such a positive can-do attitude, and friendliness. They were clear and informative on costs, timeframes, and processes. Judith, Gill, Tracey, Lisa, Stephen and the team were highly efficient throughout the whole process and communication from them was outstanding. They kept me up to date, responded quickly to queries, and took time and care to talk through viewings on the flat and next steps with absolute clarity. The process of selling a property is always a stressful one and the team made the whole thing seamless, efficient and much less stressful, as i knew i was in safe hands with them. Utterly outstanding service!
6th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home
28th May 2026 (26 days ago)just now New My experience with DJ Alexander has been negative. I booked a flat viewing for a property and was then informed it was cancelled at short notice. I then got an email later that day saying a similar property is available but it was the same one. I queried this and was told it fell through so it’s available for a viewing again. I then booked another viewing only for to be cancelled an hour before again that it had been let. This was all communicated via automated emails. Not a great experience.

7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Tracey stood out with her personalized approach. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. Their personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found a great home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 25th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

5th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.
