9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Alana was amazing and very helpful in assisting us buying our first home. From the mortgage meeting to the move in date. She kept us updated ,explained everything in detail and very professional. Our mortgage was approved within few days which expedited the whole buying process. She also ensured with got the best mortgage deal. Alana Docherty/ Allen and Harris provided excellent mortgage services and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have requested a home report 4 times now for a house via Rightmove and there has been no response. I have also messaged via Instagram and no response again. Before the house had been put to a closing date i had requested to view l and this has been ignored.
8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I approached Lisa from the Irvine branch when I was going through difficult and lengthly process with another broker. She took the time out of her schedule to help and advise me even when there was no reward on her end. I have health issues which can be extremly frustrating for people when they are trying to get concise information and something I regularly feel embarrassed about however Lisa was very accommodation and made me feel at ease. Looking through statements can be a invasive process and this made me nervous( although had nothing to hide) but Lisa removed the stigma and judgement and aided phenomenally with a relaxed atmosphere. She also went out her way to check up on the process and advise me further. I can not emphasise this enough that is purely down to Lisa that I am able to live in my first purchased home and in doing so has completely changed my life with the school runs , standard of living and being proud of where I stay. If anyone is on the fence I highly suggest you pick Lisa as you wont regret it ( aswell as the rest of the team). They truly have the best interest of the clients and show clear transparency between business success and personal aid. I am very grateful and wish to work with Lisa for all my new mortgage or renewals for along as she is in the sector. 5 out of 5 stars.

Gillian MacKenzie was excellent in answering all our questions and very knowledgeable and a delight to liase with. Throughout the process we were given regular updates and communications . We would Highly recommend.

She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. Thank you, Gil and the entire team at Savills, for helping us find and settle into a place we now proudly call home. We’re so grateful
6th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this firm if you value your time and energy. We engaged them in early January and initially communication was fine. After submitting all requested documents, we even had to chase to confirm receipt, only to be told later that our emails had gone to their junk folder, despite recent active email conversations. We were assured they were happy to act, even with an overseas buyer. The mandate was submitted on 23 January, and the last response we received was on 26 January. From 30 January onwards, we followed up multiple times and received no updates at all. After weeks of silence, we were finally informed that they could not proceed due to AML concerns relating to source of funds. This was extremely frustrating, as apart from bank statements, no further documents were ever requested. We were told additional documents such as gift letters might be required, yet these were never asked for before the matter was dropped. Phone calls were equally unhelpful, we were repeatedly told the solicitor was unavailable and would call back, which never happened. No one is forced to act as our solicitor, but a simple update during those weeks would have saved us a significant amount of time & allowed us to approach another firm sooner. The most disappointing part is that despite us being the paying client, we were the ones constantly chasing for updates. Overall, very poor communication and a disappointing experience.

7th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Tracey stood out with her personalized approach. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. Their personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found a great home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 25th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you
30th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot fault Penny Lane Homes. They kept me informed every step of the way in the sale of my flat. Even when the sale fell through at the last moment, they were straight back on the phone to other interested parties that had previously viewed the flat, and they had found another buyer within 48 hours. Would definately use again.

19th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.
