6th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.
15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)This used to be a decent enough place until they employed idiots during the pandemic. The Shirley one who started in 2021 is particularly rude and obnoxious. She simply will not answer emails or return calls. Nothing professional about her at all but I guess when you pay peanuts you get monkeys! ???????
7th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)The team at Remax sold my house and we’re fantastic throughout. Offered the best rates on the market and kept me fully updated throughout. Should I plan a move again in the future I have no doubts I will be contacting Remax. Special mention to Courtney and Adrian who were my main contacts throughout and both 10/10.
3rd Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Dealing with the Slater Hogg team was straightforward and re-assuring that our property was in the right hands. Regular updates were provided from several staff members in a timely, polite and informative way. I would recommend them for future use.
1st Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Used Thorntons for last purchase in 2008. Staff all changed but they have retained the steadfast approach to all their services. Friendly professional and extremely efficient. Glad I stayed with them.

20th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.
11th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I found the Estate Agent staff to be totally unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. Once you have made your offer, they will not let you into the premises again for measurements etc until the missives are signed - which only gives you days. During this time, a tree from a neighbouring property collapsed into the property I was buying. This was pointed out to Andersons staff, but because the missives had then been signed (the only time I could get in!), it was MY problem. I found them to be abrupt on the phone and extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone who asks.

27th Oct 2023 (26 weeks ago)The house was overpriced to begin with and wasn’t shifting, but as soon as it was reduced it sold quickly. Andy was great and very reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
6th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Cannot recommend Simple Approach highly enough. I used them to sell a flat and to find a tenant for my rental property. The service was exceptional, especially the rental team. I had been using another agent for rental but getting nowhere. Switching to Simple Approach was like chalk and cheese between services offered, in particular, ease of contact out of normal office hours and platforms used to advertise. After months with the other agent, the S.A team found me the perfect tenants within a couple of weeks. Delighted!

8th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)We used Harley's to sell our house and we were originally purchasing a house via them too. Yvonne is amazing - the customer service is absolutely second to none. I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.

We only had a month before entry date on our property and Laura was extremely efficient and got all the paperwork done with minimal hassle.
