15th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.

7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)No, viewings, no feed back and no communication in 3 months, unless we called them. Only call received was when the agent who valued our property called to say he was leaving Halls-- Photography was just below average. By and large a could not care less attitude, except for Molly, who is proactive when given the opportunity to be so.

House was sparkling clean upon arrival and we have settled in very nicely thanks to Helen and her team. I would highly reccomend the whole Team at Monopoly in Denbigh.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)This review is long overdue, but it absolutely needs to be said: Berry & George are not your average estate agents, and Rich is quite simply the best sales agent you could hope to meet. We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today. After our previous purchase fell through at exchange, leaving us almost homeless and with just two weeks to find temporary accommodation, finally finding our home is a blessing. What may seem like everyday tasks or simply part of the job can make a life-changing difference to your clients. 15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Made an appointment to view a listed property with Fifty North West. They then accepted an offer prior to our viewing, without even having the courtesy to inform us. Very unprofessional, considering we are cash buyers, completed our own property sale and living in temporary accommodation. When questioned, they offered no apology and proceeded to try and sell us a more expensive property.
