15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Brilliant from start to finish! The team were so professional, kind and helpful with all my questions and quick with the answers. I got my keys on Monday and couldnt be happier!
Thanks to all the team at Reid & McGlade.
1st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)The current selling market is very slow at the moment but Lucas have arranged for a number of viewers to visit my property.
29th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Lovely team, respectful and responsive. But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…Beresford Adams - Holyhead

23rd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)They lied about a shared access at a property just to get people to look at it. It was a lie and very misleading. This was only a right of way. The minute it was changed nobody came to see the property for sale. but the damage was already done. somebody had agreed to buy it.

25th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)À professional company
My point of contact was Georgia who was excellent
Richard & the team were helpful & supportive & went out of their way to guide me through the selling process
I cannot praise the company enough
25th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Called this company to view this property on Bull Bay Rd. firstly my call was not returned When I eventually got through a rude man told me I could not view the property as they already have enough viewers, I asked for a call back if the property did not sell and I was told that this also was not possible. I then asked if I could make an offer with out seeing the property he said no Personally I found his attitude disgusting unhelpful and very abrupt and if it were my property he was selling I would be very disappointed in his service

16th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

13th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic

18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had no clue they were advertising our property they did so WITHOUT our permission. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
