6th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)All the agents kept us updated as to the feedback from viewers and eventually when we had an offer on the house unfortunately it took a long time to complete but that was the fault of the solicitors. I cannot fault the Estate Agents
14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.
2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We had a very pleasant experience with the estate agent and the staff. They kept me updated on the progress of the viewings and the feedback from the viewers. We find them very helpful.
31st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Devon was really helpful and communicated well throughout the process of purchasing our first property. The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

13th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Tried buying a house and had the worst experience ever. Leasehold listed as freehold. Firstly the didn’t present the offer to buyer u til chased. Paul who was handling the deal was away most of the time. Property was moved to Sold STC & then back on market before the survey report come back. Complete silence for over a month after asking for negotiations. The whole process was stressful and very frustrating. Seller solicitors to hold initial contract pack. I would stay away and look elsewhere.

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!
