15th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)The initial meeting to value the property, the subsequent meeting to take photos and the organising of the paperwork was great, we were impressed, which was why we went with them. Unfortunately, after 14 weeks on the market they had only got us 2 viewings and their communication to us was a bit hit and miss, so we decided to go with a different agent. They weren’t the right agent for us on this occasion.

She was always approachable, professional, and willing to help throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Even after the sale was completed, she continued to offer advice and support whenever needed, demonstrating her genuine commitment to her clients.

Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially with a long chain involved, but Julie was proactive, supportive, and always kept things moving. Her communication, persistence, and coordination made a huge difference and genuinely helped get the purchase over the line. The wider team were also professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Thank you again to Julie and the team for all of your hard work. We really appreciate it and would highly recommend Gascoigne Halman.

From the very beginning of my purchase right through to completion, she was absolutely fantastic.<br><br>Buying a property can be incredibly stressful, but she made the whole experience so much easier. She was always proactive in chasing updates from the seller’s solicitors, keeping me informed every step of the way. Whenever I had questions or needed advice, she was always happy to help giving me real confidence throughout the process.<br><br>I felt like she genuinely cared. She regularly checked in with me, often providing weekly and sometimes even daily updates, so I never felt like I was being left in the dark. She went above and beyond to keep things moving and was always willing to chase people on my behalf whenever needed.<br><br>Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made such a difference, and I honestly don’t think the process would have been nearly as smooth without her support. Thank you so much for everything. You’ve been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone buying or selling a property!
24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)After my partner wrote a 1 star review (which let me remind you is completely allowed on a rating site and was an honest reflection of our experience with jameson and partners), the managing director has been emailing us about it.<br>Not to apologise, not to try and get better as a business, but to let us know that she doesn’t think it’s a just review. She even mentioned that the vendors might share our review with other local agencies to “pre-warn them of this behaviour” if we don’t take it down.<br>This is all in an email of which I have saved.<br><br>We would like to reiterate that we have no problem with the vendors. They have every right to get as much for their property as they can. We understand that completely and wish them nothing but the best.<br><br>To Jameson and partners, I would implore you to read the review again. We had issues with your communication, your exclusivity agreement and since then how you conduct yourselves.<br><br>This is what the 1 star review is for, warning other first time buyers of our experience.<br><br>We will not be taking down the initial review nor this review so please stop asking. All we hope is other first time buyers chose their estate agents wisely!

We were moving 150 miles with an elderly relative, so it was a bit nerve wracking but Kathy's calmness and knowledge of what to do really helped us. From first viewing to getting the keys, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)Brilliant service. I have been using Opa for buying and selling for 6 years now. I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

If she hadn't told she was fairly new to her professional I would of never known 10 out of 10 . It made a difficult time for me much more easy to deal with. Also all the other staff that helped me along the way way was amazing
