5th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

This was simple and swift securing a sale within weeks. The legal side has been a bit drawn out but that is to be expected when complicated by wills and probate solicitors.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

Within just one day, Zoe ensured my property was fully up to date with all required regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. She went above and beyond by personally visiting the tenants and carrying out a property check, and everything was completed within just two days. Her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Zoe to anyone needing a reliable and proactive estate agent.
