Straight talking, professional and 3 viewings within an hour of being instructed. I am very happy with Bridgfords and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done! Onwards and upwards ????

I have recently decided to rent my house out through Cousins and having never done this before, Cousins were incredibly informative, supportive and trustworthy during this process. Cousins have been reliable and helped find the perfect Tennant for my home. I'd like to especially mention Miss Jessica Smith who has managed this for me and been truly outstanding and devoted throughout this ????????????

9th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)My company purchased a property from Kirkham's last month and dealt with Jay Williams, Michelle Wriggly and other members of the team throughout. The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. We would have no hesitation using Kirkham's again in the future, in fact we look forward to it!

450 Barlow Moor Road,Chorlton Cum Hardy,Manchester, M21 0BQ(80 reviews)18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)My purchase of a new built in West Ealing became an abysmal disaster (completion delayed 3 times and 1st solicitors firm closed down after contract exchange and the next escalated agreed pricing after we signed the agreement and threatened not to give us back the contract without paying additional cost) but luckily I was introduced by my friend to Adrian of Pennie Kennedy who not only recovered my loss and deposit from the developer but also given me professional opinion and practical advice on how I should proceed with my case and next step. He’s very neutral and won’t give us over optimistic advice so we can evaluate what’s the best approach for us to ensure possible damage to the minimum. Without Adrian’s help I’ll probably still be stranded as I write and forever have a bad impression on the whole U.K. legal industry… thanks a lot for your help and service and i sincerely recommend this firm and Adrian to whoever needs help in conveyance matters.

15th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)The agency itself it's fine but I want to make everyone aware of a corrupt landlord Paul Ginty who made me homeless by accusing me of running an illegal massage business from the flat in Moston! This was just a few days after I've moved in, I refused him to come to the flat to do some random repairs I wasn't told about right at the beginning. I let him finish off what he meant to do at first but he kept coming up with other excuses to do other repairs which didn't need doing. He seemed very desperate to come in do them even though there wasn't any repairs left to do. I work as a counsellor from home over the phone and the tenant has a right to privacy. He's a dodgy landlord who believed he could take advantage of me because I was a young woman, so be aware. He sent me intimidating text messages saying he would just walk in, which upset me because I felt he could appear at any time as there was only 1 lock on the door and I didn't feel safe. He only gave me 1 days notice to leave, when by law its between 1 or 2 months. I was homeless for 3 months because of him, sleeping on sofas, having to put all my stuff into storage and going through more stress which I didn't need after seeing my dad dying of cancer few months earlier, I will not let anyone treat me like this, he's probably never been told NO by a woman and I believe this is what triggered him. He is a horrible and disgusting landlord and shouldn't be trusted.

They have now handled and completed the sale of that property in a prompt, timely, and professional manner.
