Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Their knowledge of the sale and rental market in Medway is vast as they also manage rental properties. The team is always friendly and never too busy to return calls promptly or follow up some of my (sometimes) anxious questions. The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.... Read more
