22nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

29th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Not a good idea. Did very little. They get paid whether they sell or not. Not really any incentive. Had to pay even though they achieved nothing. Save your money and go with a estate agent who earns their fee for selling your house they only get paid for their results so they work hard to obtain the best result for you
