5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.

27th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away.
