The sale process required enormous patience, persistence, and careful handling of multiple parties. Throughout the entire journey, Nathan Taylor, and especially Billy Saxton provided incredible support, continuous communication, and reassurance at every stage. Billy Saxton in particular was absolutely instrumental in getting the transaction completed. His professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to manage complex interactions between all parties were truly outstanding. I am genuinely grateful to Billy for all his hard work and dedication. Without his persistence and support, I do not believe this sale would have been completed successfully. Their outstanding knowledge of property in general and the local market in particular, meant that they provided us with superb professional advice as well as being incredibly kind and caring throughout. Particular mention to Kyri who I dealt with over that time and who is very courteous and professional in all aspects of his role. I would highly recommend Ariston Properties to all future clients.

16th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

We worked with Andrew several years ago when we first bought the apartment, and we were so impressed with the effort he went to - we suspect our purchase would have fallen through if it wasn't for him and the work he put into resolving issues. We knew we wanted to work with Andrew again when we eventually sold the apartment, and he delivered! Andrew made the sale process as stress free as possible, and was always available on whatsapp to answer our questions and keep us updated. Very grateful to him and Rochester Place for all of their work. Thank you!

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

She was proactive, responsive, and took the time to properly understand my requirements, budget, and situation. What stood out was how helpful and honest she was throughout the process - from arranging viewings efficiently to suggesting relevant off-market properties. Even when an offer fell through, she quickly arranged another nearby viewing that same day. Although I didn’t end up securing a property through Knight Frank this time, I really appreciated Christina’s professionalism and helpful approach throughout the search process.

27th May 2026 (23 days ago)I rented a house on a long term basis from Greater London Properties. Patrick Curry Vallely handled all the viewings that led up to him finding the perfect house for me. He was really impressive - both hard working and responsive but also smart about meeting my specific requirements. It was a very easy experience thanks to him. I'd highly recommend him. When the admin had to happen Jessica Tonoli was extremely efficient and I am a demanding client who wants things done fast. She met every part of the process really quickly and efficiently . I almost never write a review but feel compelled to do so for these two individuals. I absolutely recommend them and use them again if I ever have to.

James helped sell my mum's property in 2022 and Huw (& Max) have now helped me as a property owner renting her flat for the 1st time. They were kind, friendly, diligent, well informed, responsive and especially patient with me in this process and I could not be happier with my tenant. I feel like they really listened to my specific needs. Would highly recommend.

David has demonstrated a 'get stuff done' energy I can only dream of having, as well as real market experience and knowledge that he will honestly communicate in a responsive, but sympathetic, manner. Could not ask for anything more in an agent, above and beyond the call of duty, if only all businesses worked like this.
