18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

Charley, in particular, is a fantastic agent and she really puts her all into helping with coordination of sales and viewings. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat if you’re looking to list your house.
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Had a holiday booked for 7 months , to be advised the owner was having renovation works and cancelled our holiday. We got offered a later date but due to the school holidays it wasnt possible.If we wanted to have another property it was at our costs no gesture of good will nothing. We have been customers of John Bray for over 25 years. When we have issued a letter of complaint they again havent had the decency to acknowledge. I/we will certainly never book again with this company. A real shame but clearly they dont have any loyalty for valued customers.
