27th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We had a great experience with Black Cygnet, both selling our old home and buying our new one. Alex was fantastic in helping us achieve a sale, while Richard helped us find our new home, which we’re absolutely delighted with.

We listed our house just before the weekend and had two potential buyers by the following week. Alex’s knowledge and connections clearly made a difference, and we’re not sure we would have achieved the same result with another agent.

We’re really grateful to the team for helping us make our move happen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Black Cygnet.
29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
