22nd Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Anthony was genuinely the most professional, helpful and friendly estate agent we’ve ever had! From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 9th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Disgraceful.<br>On the 26 July, one of the senior staff at the branch tried to gain entry to a property that I am renting from them without calling me first.<br><br>And it seems as though they were only nice to me when they get their way. The moment something goes wrong, they can be quite nasty.<br><br>If you concur, please tap on the thumbs up Like.

From the start Mark and Gareth have supported us fully, answered all our queries, provided all the information required and been proactive and positive about the sale. They have been in close regular contact with us and the buyers throughout the process, smoothing out any issues and delivering a great outcome on a short timescale. Their knowledge and experience shine through and they have excellent communication skills, which makes working with them a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house in the area

24th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. RUDE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE STUDENTS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. They are awful. Rude and confrontational. We have had multiple issues with the house they have rented us, saying its not their problem and that we should go to the landlady, when realistically they should help. we have been yelled at in the house we are renting from them in front of other potential tenants which not only was an embarrassing situation but also totally uncalled for and unprofessional just like when they opened my mail. when we complained about the viewing being over an hour late the "CEO" (Asiff) replying with "you have been complaining non stop so I am just going to ignore you". Disgusting human imo. THE ONE STAR IS FAKE.

This lead to appropriate pricing which in combination with constant persistence resulted in the sale at the posted price. Our thanks and appreciation to him - and G & H!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Coopers and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough.<br><br>We chose them because they were so easy to talk to and that never changed throughout the process. They were always honest, helpful and never made us feel pressured into accepting offers we weren’t happy with. They fully supported us in holding out for the right buyer and in the end we got the price we wanted.<br><br>The whole team made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. Great communication from start to finish and a genuinely brilliant service. We’d happily recommend Coopers.

31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We had a frustrating experience with RP. All the people that worked there were lovely, knowledgeable and approachable. However, the communication is what made the experience challenging. We would go weeks and weeks without hearing anything, and after precious viewings we just wouldn’t hear back. We’d have to keep calling just to get feedback. Ultimately we have chosen to move to a different estate agent; RP just couldn’t give the time and attention needed to sell our flat.
