8th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.
25th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)This is the fourth time I have used Homefinders, and once again they have provided an outstanding service.<br>Although my property was outside the area they normally cover, they were still happy to take it on. While I was also working with local estate agents, Homefinders proved to be by far the most organised and proactive, arranging more viewings than anyone else and managing the entire process efficiently.<br>Their communication was excellent throughout. They kept me informed at every stage in a professional and timely manner. During the sale, I had to travel abroad, but the team handled everything seamlessly on my behalf while continuing to consult me before every important decision. Their professionalism and dedication gave me complete confidence throughout the process.<br>I would especially like to thank Ann (5?), Mahnoor, Melissa, and Yasemin for their exceptional support and outstanding customer service.<br>A special thank you also goes to Gassan for his invaluable legal guidance and for sharing his experience to help resolve several issues along the way.<br>I have been thoroughly impressed with Homefinders every time I have used them, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

After 9 months, a failed purchase and a failed buyer along the way, Duncan Yeardley managed to get my sale over the line and I couldn’t be more grateful, despite every possible challenge thrown our way.<br><br>The last couple of months in particular weren’t always straightforward, but the team kept things moving. Communication was proactive throughout, I knew what was going on, and they were constantly chasing and keeping on top of everyone involved.<br><br>A huge thank you to Callum, Anastasia, Tom and the team for getting us there in the end… Would recommend Duncan Yeardley to anyone selling their home in the Bracknell area.

Disgraceful.<br>On the 26 July, one of the senior staff at the branch tried to gain entry to a property that I am renting from them without calling me first.<br><br>And it seems as though they were only nice to me when they get their way. The moment something goes wrong, they can be quite nasty.<br><br>If you concur, please tap on the thumbs up Like.
23rd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I've had a really positive experience with the team at Prospect Estate Agency in Wokingham (now 2 years and a half). From the outset, everyone has been friendly, responsive and professional, making what can often be a stressful process much easier to navigate.<br><br>Communication has been excellent throughout, and I've always felt that my queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely appears to care about providing good customer service.<br><br>The only reason this isn't a full 5 stars is because, despite all the help, I still haven't had the pleasure of meeting Nikki Gardner in person;?????? Hopefully we'll put that right soon.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Prospect Wokingham team for your support. I'd happily recommend your services to others.

From the start Mark and Gareth have supported us fully, answered all our queries, provided all the information required and been proactive and positive about the sale. They have been in close regular contact with us and the buyers throughout the process, smoothing out any issues and delivering a great outcome on a short timescale. Their knowledge and experience shine through and they have excellent communication skills, which makes working with them a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house in the area

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We were going through so much, and her kindness, professionalism, and support made all the difference. I don't think she'll ever truly realise the impact she had on us, but we will never forget it. The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. They have been so helpful from the very beginning, and supported my sale going through in just over 3 months from offer to sold. Considering this was my first time selling, they made the process smooth and easy to understand.<br><br>Lydia in particular was a huge driving force and was so on it with chasing others and keeping me in the loop. 31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We had a frustrating experience with RP. All the people that worked there were lovely, knowledgeable and approachable. However, the communication is what made the experience challenging. We would go weeks and weeks without hearing anything, and after precious viewings we just wouldn’t hear back. We’d have to keep calling just to get feedback. Ultimately we have chosen to move to a different estate agent; RP just couldn’t give the time and attention needed to sell our flat.
29th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Not the best of places to look for a house if you’re looking to rent.<br><br>We have been renting since September of last year with Connells and at first they were great. As you would expect from an estate agency they’re all happy and friendly with you to get you on the door and into something that makes them money.<br><br>September is when we moved in after signing documents and everything we needed to. However, one document doesn’t seem to be accessible, which I thought may be an issue with either my phone or the website so I left it. The inventory. Until recently we have not been able to download or access the inventory sent to us that has been done by an “unbiased third party”. After looking back through the photos and notice a fair amount of damage that has not been recorded. Seems a little unfair and biased. These damages are not exactly cheap repairs. Floor tiles damaged, walls discoloured where the light catches it, boiler switches burnt from the boiler heat and so on.<br><br>I made a complaint to them regarding this as well as the complaints team and repairs team on the phone.<br><br>I’m the best way of explaining how they deal with the situation. It’s not their issue. They keep using any excuse to wiggle their way around not having to take responsibility for any of the previous damages bear in mind on our arrival we took photos.<br><br>We reported the damages to that the next tenants do not have the same issue as us. However, they are smartly wording emails to make out that we are responsible for damages, yes prior damages, and will most likely be billed at the end of our tenancy.<br><br>Suspicions of mine believe this is a way for them to keep your deposits. Especially when one of the tenants become vulnerable to disability and you have to follow the law and leave the property.<br><br>I have made my case clear with them and will fight it through the deposit protection scheme and if need be appoint legal services.<br><br>Please be careful when you go in they seem friendly but they will have you bent backwards into a corner to steal your money.
