Everything and more of what you want from your letting agents!<br>From the very get-go of our 2 year tenancy in Henley, to the day we moved out- Sam, Charlie, Marie (and the rest of the Ballards Team) were nothing short of amazing.<br>We had helpful, clear and efficient communication throughout the tenancy. Any problems that arose with the house were sorted almost immediately, we felt very looked after as tenants.<br>Hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had (and probably ever will have!) with any letting agents. 10/10<br>Thank you Ballards!
9th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all our questions. His customer service has been excellent throughout, and we’re really pleased with how everything has been handled. Would happily recommend. They are professional, personable and genuinely fun to deal with, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>They marketed our property brilliantly, secured a quick sale and kept us informed throughout. They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. I am very grateful for their help and for the genuine care they showed during a challenging time. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. 3rd Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We knew we wanted to have Michael as our estate agent from previous meeting we had had with him setting out when was the right time for us to sell. He is honest, supportive, caring, passionate some might say ?????? and just makes the whole process lighter. He is in the trenches with me, working for your best interest, always a step ahead and anticipating every move. So before you are even aware of a problem or delay, it is either dealt with or there is a plan set in place. Even his recommended of a solicitor and surveyor where nothing like you would have worked with before. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.<br><br>Michael also sold us our forever home.<br>Thank you for all your help.
