However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

1st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. Thank you all Jayne, Lucia, Suzie and Chester

18th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ben and the team at Ballards Twyford highly enough. We appointed Ben for our recent sale as his knowledge of the local Wargrave market was clearly a level above all the other agents we spoke to, and he gave us the confidence that he’d achieve the value we were looking for for our home. The photos and floor plans were arranged very quickly, and were excellent quality. But the best thing was Ben’s communication throughout the process, we were always kept up to date and Ben was always quick to step in to help keep things moving - we ended up exchanging less than 3 months after confirming the appointment, and we’ll be completing on the date first requested by our buyers at the outset, so a great result all round, particularly with four parties in the chain. Thanks Ben and team!

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Ella was great with our viewing and provided us with lots of information about the property. We then got transferred over to Mary when putting an offer in for the property. She was so helpful and explained things really well. I really appreciated how easy she was to contact and the fact that she kept me updated whilst we were waiting to hear back from the landlord.

Despite a few hiccups and delays along the way, they remained positive and fully committed to getting things done. We were kept informed of viewings, feedback and changes and they were always available to answer queries and were also very prompt in doing so. I would have no hesitation in using Prospect again and can thoroughly recommend Daniel and his team in Winnersh!

30th May 2026 (26 days ago)Top notch experience renting through them. They have been as quick as humanly possible arranging for any emergencies to get resolved and their staff go above and beyond. Our fridge broke down during a heatwave, James went to Slough for a replacement when there weren't any that would fit in the local stores. When out of hours issue have come up Emma has been super patient and responsive. All together, everyone we have interacted with has been stellar.

Throughout two decades, their service has been exceptional, built on a foundation of open, clear, and honest communication. Where Walmsley truly shines is when things don’t go exactly to plan, this we have seen from both the lettings and sales teams. Their active management, perseverance, and problem-solving skills during the sales process were outstanding. I genuinely believe that without their dedication and proactive approach, we wouldn't have reached completion when we did. They are thoroughly professional, completely trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
1st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Whiteknights failed to progress the sale of our property up until the last minute when it collapsed due to them not checking a basic fact such as the buyers giving their two-month notice to their landlord. The buyers pulled out on account of having to pay £887 extra on a half a million pound purchase to meet a completion date the whole chain had agreed to extend at the buyers request. Whiteknights did not check they had served their notice on time to meet the completion date, did not inform us they hadn't, they just informed us last minute when the sale ultimately collapsed. We're left to remarket the house now after 6 months in this process and to continue incurring costs, as well as breaking two separate chains. Still stunned by how utterly appalling Whiteknights have been.

Robbie is one of the kindest estate agents we have dealt with and is a credit to the team. We couldn’t recommend the woodley branch enough. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Romans when the times come to move on to our next property ??????

He was always friendly, professional, and easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns. His communication was excellent, keeping all parties informed and ensuring the process moved smoothly from start to finish. Mark is also proactive in following up on queries and consistently kept on top of every detail after the deals were completed. 21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am still in the process of moving house, however so far, Connor and David at Who Property have been brilliant. Connor valued the house and the following weekend took all the photos and video tour of the property, and within a couple of days the property advert was live. Back-to-back viewings were booked for the weekend after, with multiple offers (including two above asking price) were received on the day. Connor and David have been very responsive throughout the process, and supported me with queries relating both to my sale, and the property I am hoping to buy. Overall, I am delighted with how easy the process has been so far, and would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell in the surrounding area! Update 2 months later: I can't seem to add a new review, however having now completed the sale, I thought it would be helpful to add an update. Connor and David have been responsive, friendly and fantastic throughout the whole sale (and even checking in after moving in to my new house!). They worked well will my solicitors, chased all other parties where needed, and worked hard to keep the sale moving as quickly as possible, while keeping me updated. I would highly recommend Who Property to anyone looking to sell/buy in the local area. It really was 5 star service and I am thankful to Connor and David for all of their support!
