30th Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

1st Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We have had dealings with Woodleys Estate Agents over a number of years both selling and buying of properties, as well as renting. The service, communication and advice they have always given us has been excellent. In particular Mark, Mike and Gareth who were totally on top of negotiations and efficient in deputising for each other when required. All In all this company and its employees acted both professionally and honest with us at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and we can 100% recommend them. In addition we rented a property out through Woodleys with Aidan representing us, who likewise had very high professional standards and guided us through the whole process from advertising to selecting a tenant. Again we recommend this side of the business too. Mark, Mike, Gareth and Aiden are a credit to Woodleys and clearly showed integrity and professionalism throughout our dealings with them, but we also had a good many funny moments and laughter en route. Thank you all Jayne, Lucia, Suzie and Chester

Moving out of our current property has been nothing but a nightmare with Chancellors, yet moving in with Michael Hardy has been a breeze. The team here is so much more helpful than any estate agents I've dealt with prior. With special thanks to Caroline who has helped us and kept us updated every step of the way. Caroline and Daniel obviously care very much about their job and their customers. And it shows! 110% recommend the team here in Wokingham!

7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

Daniel's expertise and professionalism made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a reliable estate agent.

8th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)A very difficult sale which unfortunately took longer than it should have. Parkers we’re patient with the difficult buyer but was very stressful for the sellers although we were well advised by the agent.
10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I spoke to someone on the phone about renting an apartment in the Reading area and the person was pretty aggressive but I didn't let it affect me and tried to continue to talk. I mentioned someone else would be viewing it in my place as I'm pretty far away and have people closer to it than I am and for some reason that set off something in him. He started to pretty much shout at which point I asked to him to calm down and he continued to raise his voice to the point where I told him in British fashion to "go do one" and he put down the phone. Been searching for a property to move into for a little while and have found once since then but this was the only negative encounter with a estate company. Would not recommend working with them and In all honestly not surprised they are small

From facilitating the viewing last minute to helping us through the offer letter and the tenancy application the next day! Expected handover to be within 10 days of viewing! Highly recommend.

The extra options he provides as standard helped us sell our house by generating viewers as soon as it went on the market. We sold in one day. Thank you Lee - can’t understand why anyone would go with another Woodley agent knowing how hard you work to make the process so straight forward for your clients.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I got a visit from one of your agent to estimate price for our property he came into our house and got a really rude manner, he came into our property he didn't even get bothered to take his shoes of he just walked through everything made our carpet really dirty full with mud without any care ! Well I would never use this type of agency to say"agent "who has zero respect about peoples home ! The first thing as an adult he should learn if you enter in someones house at least take off your shoes and respect the customers !!!

(33 reviews)2nd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)We were looking for a property in Earley/lower Earley We came across many agents however for this particular property which was marketed by Whiteknights, we met their estate agent Amilcar who understood our situation and was very helpful and quick to get us not only the landlord approval and then the tenancy process started. I found Amilcar very helpful and understanding and at the same time Very professional and doing all the checks very thoroughly One particular agent in the area is asking more rent than what is marketed and is starting a price war Based on my recent experience I will recommend Whiteknights and Especially Amilcar

She was not interested in discussing the property but rather just wanted the offer amount. This attitude together with reviews of how your tenants are treated tells us to stay away.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
1st Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
