She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.

Everything and more of what you want from your letting agents!<br>From the very get-go of our 2 year tenancy in Henley, to the day we moved out- Sam, Charlie, Marie (and the rest of the Ballards Team) were nothing short of amazing.<br>We had helpful, clear and efficient communication throughout the tenancy. Disgraceful.<br>On the 26 July, one of the senior staff at the branch tried to gain entry to a property that I am renting from them without calling me first.<br><br>And it seems as though they were only nice to me when they get their way. The moment something goes wrong, they can be quite nasty.<br><br>If you concur, please tap on the thumbs up Like.

From the start Mark and Gareth have supported us fully, answered all our queries, provided all the information required and been proactive and positive about the sale. They have been in close regular contact with us and the buyers throughout the process, smoothing out any issues and delivering a great outcome on a short timescale. Their knowledge and experience shine through and they have excellent communication skills, which makes working with them a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house in the area
4th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Avoid them. Tom Kennedy repeatedly misrepresented the property to secure an offer. He claimed the freehold was shared between 2 flats instead of 6, and falsely promised the seller had agreed to internal alterations I requested with my offer. Neither was true.<br><br>Discovering these misrepresentations forced me to pull out of the sale, leaving me £660 out of pocket for a survey and delayed by 3 months—costing an additional £4,650 in rent. To make matters worse, they ignored my formal complaint entirely. Save yourself the stress and financial loss, and look elsewhere.

4th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)As a buyer we were very impressed with A H Lansley particularly Cynthia who was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and showing us the house and Sarah who worked hard to chase up all parts of the chain and worked to get us in to our new home. We love our new home but if we do sell in the future we would use this estate agents. Thank you!

7th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)We've rented from Walmsley for 3 years and have had fantastic communication and really quick responses from them.<br><br>The lettings team led by Beth has been exceptional, and also Leona is really good at keeping us updated on inspections etc.<br><br>Nothing but praise for them and highly recommend if you are thinking of rental or a landlord looking for management.

From the very beginning, Robbie was calm, cheerful and incredibly helpful, no matter what challenges came up during the sales process.<br><br>He kept us informed every step of the way, checked in regularly to make sure everything was progressing smoothly, and always offered clear, helpful guidance whenever we needed it. His positivity and excellent communication made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Romans at Woodley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
