Highly recommended for a friendly and professional agent, both Richard and Paul seamlessly looked after the sale of our late mother's home.
19th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I previously used this agency to rent a property in London, so when my husband later decided to sell the house in Henley, I was happy to use them again. The agency and a particular agent were recommended to us, and the process started relatively well. My husband’s application was accepted, and all the agents from the Henley office came to view the house.<br>Unfortunately, once a buyer was found, the whole experience changed. The team seemed to switch their attention entirely to the buyer and completely forgot about us — the people actually selling the property and, of course, paying their fees.<br>It was extremely frustrating. Our emails were often ignored, getting through to someone by phone was difficult, and we regularly had to go into the office simply to remind them that we were still there and needed updates.<br>We did everything we could to make the sale as easy as possible for the buyers. We moved out within a very short timeframe and even left them the washing machine, tumble dryer and various other items as a gesture of goodwill like expensive wooden blind and shutters. Despite this, we often felt that the agents were speaking to us as if we were children rather than their clients — the people paying their commission.<br>The buyers seemed to make one request after another, and the agents showed enormous interest in accommodating them, while speaking to us in a dismissive and sometimes rather disrespectful way. At times, it felt as though our needs and circumstances simply didn't matter.<br>Overall, it was a very useful experience in terms of learning what to expect from an estate agent, but it was also extremely stressful. We were genuinely disappointed by the agency and, most of all, by the way we were treated once the buyer had been found.<br>I would strongly recommend that the agency remembers that a successful sale involves two sides, and both deserve the same level of communication, professionalism and respect.

Over promised, under delivered and let down at nearly every turn following. Didn’t realise just how bad it was until we changed agents.

They are easily contactable and respond very quickly to any issues or concerns I have with my long term tenancy. They always provide comprehensive out of hours contacts if needed which is very reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to let.

In the current property market we were delighted to have our away with zero hassle especially as our was a probate sale and quite emotional one. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. In particular, Kyra Smith was the agent who helped me with the move, and I really appreciated how her responses were always prompt and helpful, on top of being both friendly and professional at all stages of the process. This made things much easier than they otherwise could have been and I really appreciated the effort made to provide a high standard of support.- 7th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

23rd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Letting out a property came with many challenges, despite previously let. Callum at Parkers Estate Agents Reading came to the rescue! He explained every aspects to ensure marketability, right rent, what wins & what fails and recent legislation changes. He had put the property on the market with specific details that are important to the prospects, which in turn resulted in confirming a tenant within a week. Subsequently, other staff at Parkers Reading ensured the entire let process was flawless. I would choose Parkers again for sure.- 18th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Jo Sutton was exceptional. We had a protracted sale, but Jo was energetic, engaged and pulled the chain together and managed to get it all over the line. No mean achievement in the circumstances!
4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Davis Tate salesman was very professional and promised us a lot of things before we chose to go with them. Once we were with Davis Tate the photos were very good however some parts of the listing were not as expected. We didn’t have nearly as many viewings as expected and the communication was really poor. We didn’t sell our house but by deciding to reduce it on our own terms and didn’t listen to some of the advice of Davis Tate
